‘The Executive Committee's meeting schedule is based on a July through June cycle, with the term of office ending June 30 of a given year. The Executive Committee meets virtually the second and fourth Thursday of every month from 3:00-5:00p.m. except during October, November and December when the Committee meets only on the second Thursday of the month due to P&T, Thanksgiving and Christmas closures.’

they met already, which is why the tracker updated with more As. So I am assuming it’s either they dropped 21 As but 20 As went to non-sdn users, or they are planning to sprinkle A throughout the week

yeah that's what i'm assuming. they meet --> tracker prematurely updated and then they sprinkle in the As . 20 As is a lot of I doubt they released them all at once because we would've heard something
 
Wondering if there are any other currently accepted MD/PhD candidates... also, is there an accepted students page I might be able to join?

I had an interview with a student followed by a one on one with the director. They basically told me I had an A and then the student interview was a legit interview and the director one on one was more of a sales pitch. If they contacted you about more interviews then you should be hopeful!
 
Received the II back before Christmas and the only dates available were the 2nd week of Feb. Had to schedule it on Friday the 12th bc it's a teacher work day and I'm running out of leave 😬 (I teach high school). Now I'm worried I'll be the very last person to interview...

I googled ‘wayne state som committee meeting’ and it was the first thing I saw.

I'm not sure this is the admissions committee schedule? It says it's the faculty senate executive committee schedule, and all the minutes from past years include discussion of faculty appointments, but nothing about medical student selection.

ive been regarding the 2nd and 4th thursdays of the month as holy days in which the gods convene but it was all just a delusion

4-6 weeks but it could vary depending on if they've reviewed ur file earlier. some people heard back the same week, while others heard back months after
 
at the warrior chat this week someone should ask abt WL movement for this cycle

just make sure your answer is brief, covers ethical principles, and ur not rambling. There are several frameworks online that you can use to structure ur answer. But they ask u questions and u have to answer them based on the prompt so it’s more conversational

Awww I second that!! Hope I’m correct, but this whole thing is so unpredictable😭. Either way, I would love to be classmates with all of u guys❤️
 
No Pre II R email!? If anyone else in same boat is bored enough to circulate conspiracy theories--- hmu lol
 
If they are telling the truth and have indeed handed out all II slots (which I don't necessarily believe,) then I have to assume that those who have not received the pre-II R are part of a small pool remaining who are back-ups in case currently scheduled interviewees drop their commitment.

Have those who completed the background check seen the change reflected on their portal yet? Also have any other Canadians not yet received their offer letter by mail? ...
