it's difficult for them to gauge your chances while they're still interviewing people because after every round of interviews, your position may go up or down depending on how you compare to other applicants
miami accepts letter of intent but it's up to your discretion when you want to send one in if it's your top choice, personally i think they hold more weight once the WL starts moving
i obviously can't speak of your experience and it's completely sucks to be in that situation, but i will say that stress interviews are fairly common from the program (whether it's intentional or not...just a lot of colorful personalities at the U)
that's literally a violation they need to be reported to something or be exposed wtf
they offer merit scholarships based on how many points your app scores for certain criteria (stats, exceptional ecs, etc), if the people they offer these scholarships dont accept their seats, the scholarship offer trickles down to the next candidate with the most points

Me, don’t think it’s going to ever be scored tbh
I can assure you it’s not because of the timeline because I applied very early and have not been scored. On their site they say that everyone will be scored but clearly that isn’t happening
You’re right, it says every completed app is independently scored by 3 people. For some reason I thought not everyone is scored. And interviews are only through mid-March, so when exactly are they going to score and holi$tically review us?

Maybe they’ll be like Tulane last year who finally started reviewing my app at the end of the cycle and then rejected me in a week’s time. Just so they can say they “reviewed” me.

Same but for 5 months. I wonder if it’s my casper score? I scored 2nd quartile. Or because my 1st MCAT had a 124 CARS section. I wish I knew what the issue is.

The best part is I called them asking and she was like, we are reviewing it if it says we are reviewing it. Then I asked what about it being scored and she had nothing to say
Honestly, they should just change what they said on their website then. That not everyone gets scored for whatever reason. I just want my money back at this point.

they wont send Rs till much later on, their last interview day is typically around march 23-25
