Just to clarify (For those who interview), we can send our thank you letters to our interviewers through the attendify portal?

One of my interviewers had their email in their Attendify profile so I emailed them, but the other one didn’t so I messaged my thank you on Attendify!

Thanks! yeah, none of my interviewers have their email on attendify and it felt weird to have my "letter" downgraded to a glorified text message, but it is what it is.

Lol you can if you want but it is really not necessary and won't affect your admission at all. Some people sent me them when I was a group interviewer last year. Tbh I didn't see them until months later (it doesn't send us an alert or anything when we have a message) and I wouldn't be surprised if the one on one interviewers never see them at all.
 
Does anyone know if there is a way to see your secondary responses after submission? I am hoping I am just missing something obvious. Thanks!

Same about the much stronger app -- also I submitted at the end of July this year whereas my last cycle I submitted at the beginning of October so I was feeling so hopeful but now don't know what to think. Trying to only hope for the best but it's hard!

As hard as this is going to sound you just gotta focus on other things, if you've filled out the secondary, enjoy life and have fun because you've done all that you can. You've put your best foot forward. Dont get go down the what if path... Interviews go until Jan/Feb don't stress!
 
I am trying to register for Attendify before my interview next week but getting a "restricted access" message. Did anyone else have this issue? Is it possible I am completing the registration incorrectly? TIA!
 
Anyone else complete mid September and radio silence? LM 72 and OOS fwiw
 
Does anyone know the attendance policy? On campus 5 days a week? 3? Does it vary? I can not find that info anywhere and I was curious.

First and second year is primarily classroom based. Generally class is from 8-12 M-F. No attendance requirement. Most people watch virtually and all lectures are recorded so you can watch them anytime. Also no dress code. There are some required in person small group sessions during that time and it varies by block how often they are (some are like once a week, others are almost daily). There is a required in person class on one afternoon each week called patient-centered care where you learn the skills to take histories and do physical exam. Also a social and health systems class that meets weekly. I'm not sure if they're still meeting virtually or in person. So it varies quite a bit, but there are some weeks you'll be in person 5 days, so I would recommend planning living situations, etc. as if that's the case.

For anyone else who has this issue, I had to email the person who coordinates the interviews before I was able to register!
 
IS reapplicant here. Interviewed at UNC last year in late September (among the earliest) and ultimately wasn't accepted. My application is stronger this time around and I still haven't heard anything about an interview, submitted my II in mid-August. Thinking about the fact that their website says the reapplication process takes longer, I think it's safe to say us reapplicants will need to be patient for our opportunity
 
Is it okay to send thank you notes after interviews? Can we send thank you notes via Attendify?
 
Has anyone's portal changed to "decided" but they haven't received a call or see on the portal what the decision is?

They seem to have discussed interviewees up through at least 10/14, so they have probably sent decisions to people from earlier interview dates, including september

At my interview day (late sept) they said most of us would hear back in december so I don’t think they’ve sent decisions to everyone from before 10/14 lol

Does this include the ones who interviewed in November? From this thread it seems those who have gotten interviewed in September/October either got a call or their portals updated in November?

Would the ones who interviewed in November hear in December the earliest?
