does anyone know if ur interviewers are specifically selected based on ur application? also to people who have interviewed, were the interviewers blind to ur application or stats blind or did they seem to have read the entire thing?

i felt like mine were but not sure at all
no both had read it in depth. they said in the interview one was blind but neither of mine were

Does anyone who interviewed today recall if she said by the time they make a decision in January it’s most likely to be a WL/R due to volume of applicants they have already gone thru or if she was just saying that they start rolling out WL/Rs in January? Just curious if were interviewing for WL at this point

I am pretty sure she said that they hope to start sending WLs and Rs in January at the earliest (implying they have only been giving As now).
She referenced us as if to say that we may hear A/WL/R as opposed to previous applicants who really only got either an A or silence. Definitely did not get the idea we were interviewing for a WL spot at all (especially as they kinda went over how many interviews they give, so they have yet to interview about 300 people at this point out of the 650-700 they usually do).

And I guess as a datapoint for other people, they said they are a bit behind on going through interviewed applicants so while usually us who interviewed today (12/1) may be able to hear this month, we will likely be hearing in January since they have a bit of a backlog

Is it pretty much an R/WL at best for applicants who have not heard back from September interviews? Trying to stay positive because I loved Geisel but not sure if I should start mentally preparing 🙁

I'm a September interviewee too, and I've heard nothing. My thinking is that they wanted to compare us to more interviewees before making a decision so essentially putting us on hold. I think it's still possible to receive an A at some point or obviously a W/R. I just wouldn't dwell too much on it. Time will tell.

Doesn't hurt to mentally prepare for bad news (then if good news > excitement. if bad news > expected).

We all should no in about a month!
 
Finished my secondary on 8/25, received II yesterday! There were only two dates available in January and I couldn’t find any in February 💐 good luck everyone
 
Does anyone know if they have ranking or internal ranking here?
 
For accepted students, so far all we had to do was accept the offer in the portal right? No deposit or other forms are required to hold our spots yet, right?
