Hi! Has anyone who received an II several weeks ago (mid-late September) still not received the scheduling email yet? Not sure if this is to be expected or not. Thanks!

I would shoot them an email, 4 weeks is being very patient.

Yea. I would be very careful with the wording though. Say u wanted to make sure that u didn't miss any communication or sth like that haha

Oh man, thanks everyone! I'm glad I found out about this. I thought everyone else was on the same page. I am going to shoot them an email now.

Edit: I am in the Spokane Cohort so maybe that is why. Still sending the email lol.

I had the same thing! I emailed them and they responded super nicely about it. They just schedule one weeks worth of interviews at a time. Odds are you’ll be the second week in nov!

I think mine were 2 or 3 weeks apart so I’m guessing I won’t get one today (got my second last week)

Agreed. I think I heard that the reviewers are physicians/committee members etc. So they are busy people who are going to have variable amount of times allocated to reviewing apps.

Wow they said you'll hear back in a few weeks?? The website says only all other sites except for seattle can expect to hear back in a few weeks - says Seattle usually sends results in March for most applicants. That's really exciting news if true

Yea what they mean on their website is that most people will get a "still under consideration" email rather than an outright acceptance, and they will be more likely to be accepted in March. In my email they said that in a few weeks we'll get either an R, A, or "still under consideration" update

II yesterday for Montana cohort! Secondary submitted on 8/6 and residency confirmed on 9/14.

How do you know if your residency is confirmed? The only residency related email from UWSOM was was the initial WA residency email. I checked the application stats on the portal but there is no section saying residency complete. My app was completed 8/15.

Did you ever get a verification of legal residence request? I had to fill out some forms and received approval in about 3 weeks.

Ended up getting an email saying I have been classified as a resident for admission purposes for Autumn Quarter 2023.
