Don't forget, @ExcellentCycle2425 and @interestingnickname that pre-matches are only a small portion of acceptances and if you have had an interview here, you can still get in on Match Day
Hmm I'm not sure what prematches mean to be honest. I am OOS and interviewed 9/20, so if they sent out 9/20 acceptances already, I might have gotten an WL or R

More likely they just haven’t decided on you yet.
Pre-matches apply to Texans only and OOS applicants could hear back any time after Oct 15.
Wishing you luck

Idk if this was mentioned earlier, but how does TTUHSC feel about receiving letters of intent? I have some updates I’d like to include in there but mostly that TTUHSC is my go to school.

According to MSAR:
"Letters of intent, interest or update are accepted, they must be sent to [email protected] in pdf format, but will not be made an official part of an application after the supporting documents deadline. This deadline is typically two weeks after the primary TMDSAS application closes."

Question, on the interview day there will be presentation first right? and then 1:1 traditional open file and close file each 30 min?

Congrats!!!

I was completed 8/31, nothing yet? Am i cooked? Do they send Pre-II Rs?
Honestly, they haven't been able to send interviews out for a month. I like to THINK there's a very high pile of theoretical accumulated interviews that they're working to distribute over the next month to "compensate," so keep holding your breath!!

When I received my II here in mid-September, the soonest interview date was in mid-November... is this typical (for pre-outage IIs)? Or did I sign up too quickly before they opened up more spots😅? Nothing I can do now of course, I'm just curious if I hurt my chances lol

After interviews, can we send emails to our interviews directly or do we need to send them as pdfs to somadm? Also, would it be too late to send thank you letters on Monday after interviewing the previous wednesday?

In the info session before my interview, they told us to email our notes to admissions, who can forward them to interviewers.

Even if the note doesn't impact your decision, I think it's a common courtesy to send thank-you notes, so not too late. Idek if mine reached them because I sent mine to somadm right when their system crashed🤣

Very excited to have received a pre-match! Just to make sure, as for the $100 non-refundable deposit, is this also due by the 2-week deadline? Do I have to pay this now even if I am not sure about attending? Probably should've clarified this earlier but thought that this was due after matching.

Verify this with the school but I think the due date is Feb 14 for this school (so pay it if you match there)

edited to correct that the deposit is due within 2 weeks of the offer

It is indeed due by the 2-week deadline. They e-mailed me saying that they would rescind their offer by EOD if I didn't pay the fee
