Just got the email to schedule! got II on 10/01 IS CUSP Seattle applicant completed 08/08. Only date avail was 10/18

To those of you who have IIs, did you sign the virtual interview agreement in the portal, or should I wait till the day of? I wasn't instructed to in any of the emails.

is anyone who received an II on 9/13 still waiting to schedule... what does several weeks mean😩

I have not received a II but having gone to a few admissions Q&A sessions and events over the past few months/years is that they schedule these interviews manually. As in they call/email interviewers to get availability and build out a calendar and then schedule interviewees. It's a crazy time since it's also interview season for residency too.

Good luck to everyone interviewing this week! Let us know how it goes!!

According to the limited communication I had with the admissions office when I reached out to reschedule my interview, it seems like they do schedule each week of interviews manually. I'm under the impression that they are slowly assigning interviewees to specific interview weeks for sign up about 2-3 weeks in advance of the actual interview week. This is just my impression though so take it with a grain of salt.

Wow, I just attended the info session today. It was great to see (I'm sure) many of you and see how supportive the school seems to be for its students! Good luck to those interviewing this week!

What was the info session?

Also wondering this! Did you get any clarification at the info session?

Have any reapplicants gotten an II yet? Today’s the date I got an interview last year and I’m in my feelings about it

When did you complete secondary
Last year: Sept 3 and got an interview Oct 9. Rejected Feb after several months of continuing consideration, but told to reapply.
This year: July 21, no interview yet.

You all probably did better than you thought! It's easy to ruminate on whether an answer you gave was "good" or "bad." Right now everyone who interviewed is firmly in the running. Good luck!

Just got the email to schedule, hopefully you got yours too but otherwise I'd bet it's coming soon 🤞🏻

I think it depends on which interviewers you get but generally I would say it was conversational, not as stressful as I thought it would be.

We’re you able to see who your interviewers were prior to interviewing? I heard that their names should be in the portal but I don’t see anything yet and I’m interviewing this week :/

I did not have that information prior to interviewing but I don't think it would help you at all, 100% of the time was spent asking me questions and there was very little time to get to know the interviewers aside from them introducing themselves at the beginning.

Hi should I be worried if I submitted mid august and haven't heard back yet? Not sure how concerned I should be
I have no idea what historical trends are for submit date --> interview, but I wouldn't worry yet. It looks like people are getting IIs throughout august and early September, that suggests to me it is reviewer dependent. For example one reviewer might have more free time and is able to get through more applications, whereas another reviewer might work full time and reviewing on the side and takes longer.

hmm... ok this makes sense because I think they even say on their website that reviewers view applications at different rates.

did you figure this out? I can't see their info either[/QUOTE]

Nope, I have a feeling they’re not doing this anymore. Kinda sucks as it was available for the previous cycles but oh well

does anyone know what their post-II acceptance is?
about 32% for Seattle, 54% for spokane, and about 50% for the other WWAMI sites. You can view more statistics at the link below.

I think you want to look at offers made, not the entering. For Seattle it would be 45% of interviewers get offers.

Yes but that is between both Spokane and Seattle campuses, if you scroll farther down they outline acceptance rates for both Seattle and Spokane, defining them as post interview. It is probably higher when you factor in waitlist movement for the Seattle campus though.
