Pre-Med Prereqs: Where do I go?

I have the opportunity to take my prereqs as a Post-Bac student through Harvard or Johns Hopkins...or I could stay in Indiana and take the prereqs here. Would my chances of being accepted into medical school benefit me more if I took the classes at JHU or Harvard....or Indiana? I'm only afraid that being so far away from family will be difficult...but if it means getting into med school or not...then I need to make the sacrifice.
