Really Sucks: Not having a roof over your head, in poor health, and with little education or opportunities

Slightly sucks: Not having a competitive application for medical school

Doesn't suck: Having to wait a little bit after you have successfully applied to, and interviewed at a medical school.

I liked Case wayyy too much to miss out on any opportunity to attend, it would just be nice to know for sure where I would be living a year from now for my own peace of mind.

Yes, I understand that this wait, while nerve-wracking, is not all that terrible in the absolute spectrum of human experiences.

Yeah I'm assuming at this point that the interview dates that were reviewed in the adcom meeting today probably didn't get added to their system and we will get notices on some other day. Would make sense since they had to enter in all the previous interview dates + hold an adcom meeting + today was an interview day. Waiting is tough, but totally worth it 🙂

Acknowledged - said I would be studying . This site is premed crack.

I agree 100%. They had a crazy day - its already ninja-amazing if they could do all that in one day - let alone 6 interview days x 12 interviewees = 72 applicants in one meeting. I have no idea how these things work but it seems like a lot.

Hopefully we wont have to wait for next monday!

Next Monday would make it a 3 week turnaround from interview to (possible) decision for me, which is pretty darn respectable. Obviously, YMMV.
