Many schools won't let applicants know until the 16th or later because the 15th is a Monday, when many committees tend to meet. It's not a requirement to release decisions on the 15th, it just so happens to be the first day. Also, I really am not an expert on the issue. That's just what I was told by a student who works with the Admissions process at Case at my interview. If anyone would like to get a definitive answer, a quick phone call tomorrow should probably answer your question in a heartbeat.

I got 2 holds today from the only 2 OOS interviews I've had, so I'm very disappointed.
