Nothing yet, but last year SDN members posted WL acceptances on 5/13, 5/14, 5/15 and 5/16! Maybe tomorrow? :xf:
 
I am getting ridiculous with checking my email and SDN. Just now I thought, "Hey I just took a shower, maybe I got accepted while I was in the shower?" Stop toying with us Buffalo and accept us all already!! haha Okay, I feel better now. 🙂

Hey everyone. Things are slowly starting to move. Accepted Fri 5/9. Interviewed 3/19. Hope the rest of you get good news soon.
 
So far, 3/4 people accepted interviewed much later in the cycle. Do you think the Adcom changed their post interview scoring from when the first interviews were going on? Not saying they eased their scoring as the interviews continued but I was just wondering if they perhaps modified their scoring system as the cycle went on.
 
They accept people who interviewed on sunny days before those from rainy days. Omens bode better for people who bring sunshine with them.

I doubt it...Dr. S mentioned he thinks it is only fair to evaluate each interviewee equally, regardless of when they interviewed.

Congratulations and best of luck in the Fall! Do you mind sharing if your email also came over around 10:30AM EST? I'm curious if they all go out at once or if they're staggering them throughout the day.

Yes, got it at 10:30 on the nose.
 
I hope there is more movement in the coming week 🙂 I think in past years they moved into the "middle" third of the wait-list towards the end of May. I think they are still going through "top" candidates even though we don't know our place.. I want to call Mr. Rosso and see if they will release any more information, but I really doubt they will at this point.
 
Hey everyone. I am on the Wait List as well. Interviewed on February 5, WL on February 25. Hopefully we see more movement in the future! Good luck to everyone!
 
One would think there would be movement today... but maybe they will wait till Monday to send notifications.
 
Accepted this morning by email at 9 am. Interviewed mid January. Have been on 4 wait lists and this is my first acceptance. Good luck to everyone!

I too am getting pretty worried. I e-mailed Mr. Rosso today to see if he could provide any sort of info as to how big the wait list was, how much of it they've gone through, how many acceptances are still unclaimed etc., and all he was able to say is that the wait list is "moving".
 
doubt that everyone who was accepted is holding on to their spot. Historically, most students come off their wait list. at this point last year they were just staring to get to the middle tier and they made it into the bottom. If you look back over the past few years, they usually made it into the bottom tier so I think we will have at least another week or two of movement, even if it is slow.

Agree entirely. Many people holding acceptances could hear back from their top choice waitlists these upcoming weeks, freeing up spots for us. Last year, SDN'ers were accepted on the 20th, the 28th, the 30th, and 6 dates in June. It's also likely acceptances are being sent out, but simply not reflected here. Keep the faith, guys! There's still time!
