Still no news? People had previously posted about getting calls in the morning or early afternoon!

I think so, considering they had to make probably about 20~30 calls today, and the first acceptance messages came up at 9 am haha.
 
Plus they also have multiple people calling to give the good news. A friend and I both had acceptance calls within 10 minutes of each other and had different people.

It happens dude, cheer up, there's always a next time. You can absolutely slaughter the interview and still get a post-interview rejection because you didn't fit into some pre-defined cookie-cutter category of applicants the admissions committee wants or you could do what you think is poorly in the interview and still get accepted because of your gpa/mcat. There are a lot of factors totally outside of your control and little things that affect admissions decisions and this process is anything but rational.

A lot of people nail interviews and still don't get accepted. Just don't doubt yourself because of the process. If you need any advice or support through this application cycle, don't hesitate to contact me and I'll provide support/advice. This goes for anyone.

Received an email saying all acceptances from march have been granted, and that another batch of acceptances will be offered during the last week of april. Good luck everyone!

As an aside, have they outright rejected anyone yet post interview?
 
Got a phone call yesterday and then an email today saying an official letter would arrive within 2 weeks. I absolutely fell in love with the school when I visited and am so stoked for the journey ahead! It randomly hit me this morning - I'm gonna be a doctor, and it feels so so so SOOO good.

Can't wait to meet everyone who is matriculating. To everyone else - best of luck, whether it's somewhere else or re-applying in the fall.

I'm excited to meet you all too! There are three of us who are definitely matriculating and we already live in Roanoke. There is an empty duplex next to our house that family owns if anyone has any interest closer to the time you move. It's a 5-10 min walk to school. 🙂
 
No official list released, or not that I have found. Here is the link to the video of their match day where everyone says where they are going. It's only 42 students so pretty quick at 1.5 speed, and the top stuff I saw was:

Hopkins - Radiology
Georgetown - Internal Medicine, and Psychiatry
University of Washington in Seattle - Radiation Oncology
Henry Ford Medical Center - ENT
Orthopedic Surgery at a bunch of places

Pretty good for the 2nd matching class, clear indication that your options wouldn't be limited here I don't think
 
here's unofficial match list for categorical positions for those who don't have the time to go through the video. Contacted the admissions office for match and step 1 data but they only released match/pass rates due to privacy concerns.

At my interview day, Dr. Workman mentioned that there "might" be a second look event. Any idea if it's in the works? I'm very interested in traveling down to hear more about the school and look for an apartment/roommate(s).

I feel like if they were going to do a second look it would have been announced a while ago.

So we didn't have a second look day either, but I came up a couple times in the spring and summer to check out Roanoke with my roommate and look for places to live--highly recommended! They also will give you a second student-guided tour of the school that you can take a parent/significant other/friend/whatever on, which I found really helpful, and which allowed me ask a lot of questions.
 
If anyone is looking online at places to live, I'd be more than happy to tell you about the area the houses are in if you PM me. There are definitely some dodgy areas to avoid.

First time ever posting. Driven by anxiety. so the intent to matriculate forms were supposed to be emailed in EARLY April. I haven't received mine yet and it's due May 1st. (I was accepted btw) has anyone received theirs? Freaking out... Maybe I missed something or some deadline? Thanks!!

I haven't received anything either. I really want the FB page so I can finally see who I am going to be spending the next 4 years with! 😛

Is that the same thing as the link to pay the deposit fee that was listed on the acceptance letter that came in the mail? Or is this different?

This is different. In the matriculation packet that we received, it says that there is an "Intent to Matriculate Form" due May 1. We were supposed to receive it via email in early April. I emailed the Office of Student Affairs yesterday, but I haven't heard back from them yet.

I just called them. They said they will be sending out the intent to matriculate form to the last batch of acceptances that have paid their deposit fees around April 24, once the deadline to pay the deposit has passed.

Hope this helps alleviate any concerns you were having 🙂

I was freaking out for no reason. Happens all the time. haha...
