Anyone had any success requesting a student host?
Sweet, I'm staying with at an AirBnb because I had zero luck with a student host.

Thank you so much!I'm OOS and interviewed at the Gary location. It felt a lot like many other interview days. I interviewed in the morning. I interviewed with 2 staff members and a visitor for 30ish minutes. In the middle there was some lunch and information presented about IU, the different campuses, financial aid, etc. The campus there is really tiny, so the tours were quick. But the staff and students were extremely friendly, inviting, and interested in our success. I didn't really know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised with my interview day. Good luck!
Just read through ALL of the interview feedback questions. Excited to be at IU next week! I really hope they get back to me about a tour....
what are the interview feedback questions?
can any OOS applicants who have attended an interview please give some indication of what the day was like? I interview next week at the Gary location, but any feedback would be appreciated 🙂
Yep.Are the interviews open file in regards to MCAT and GPA?
My MCAT score was pretty much all my interviewer wanted to talk about. They already knew that part so I'm really not sure why they even invited me.Are the interviews open file in regards to MCAT and GPA?
Where you interview has no bearing on what campus you attend should you be accepted.I have an interview at the Gary campus. Does that mean I am being interviewed for a position at that particular campus? Or can I still go to school in indianapolis because I would much rather do that
I definitely wouldn't, but that is just me. It's like 40 cents to print one at Walgreens and takes less than a minute. Is anyone just printing a 3 x 5 picture on regular printer paper?
I printed on regular paper the morning of my flight, and I was accepted. I don't think it has an impact whether you print it in regular paper or photo paper. Do what you feel comfortable with.I definitely wouldn't, but that is just me. It's like 40 cents to print one at Walgreens and takes less than a minute.
I highly recommend anyone interested to watch this presentation in regards to specifics about the new curriculum.

😱 dang that's annoying...and makes me nervous for my interview lol. 🤔My MCAT score was pretty much all my interviewer wanted to talk about. They already knew that part so I'm really not sure why they even invited me.
Well if you go to a regional campus, you're there for 2 years and then Indy for the last 2. Unless you choose to do all 4 years at a regional campusAlright thanks! I've based a lot of my interviews on the vibes I get when I'm there but this will be especially difficult with me not knowing which campus I'll end up at

Overall, I really enjoyed the school and the people. But in my interview, I don't understand how my interviewer got to really know me because he did most of the talking. He seemed to like the answers to the stock questions he gave me, but I really don't know how to feel about my interview.
I interviewed at Fort Wayne on Wednesday 1/11....Really enjoyed my interview....the 2 faculty members I interviewed with were pretty cool and it was overall very relaxed. Let me know if you have any specific questions.
If it makes you feel any better, the day before I interviewed at Indiana I had another interview. When I came home from both I thought my previous interview went so well and that my Indiana interview had gone so so and I might not get in....a month later I got my acceptance package. Just keep positive! My interviewers definitely had gone over my application and I think they had a good understanding of who I was before and just wanted to confirm that in the interview and threw me way off with some of their questions (I had A TON of ethical questions)Overall, I really enjoyed the school and the people. Letters in terms of what?Did admissions send out letters today, or will they be sending them out on some other day, since today is a Sunday on a long weekend?
Letters in terms of what?
Well its today (Sunday). Would I be expecting the letter this upcoming week? (Had my interview 1/11)Acceptances go out the 15th of every month.

I interviewed on that day and we were told that we most likely wouldn't be reviewed until next month.Well its today (Sunday). Would I be expecting the letter this upcoming week? (Had my interview 1/11)
