Ahhh I love this school so much and was lucky enough to get an II. Interviewed last week and already antsy to hear back. Any speculations on when mid-November interviewees will hear back considering holidays?

I did a bit of digging last night on last year's thread. Apparently after your interview they score you. If you score above a certain threshhold, they'll accept you within a month, sometimes even 2 weeks or so after your interview. Later during the cycle (anywhere from Jan-March) they slowly lower the score threshold for acceptance and start accepting people without a decision. If your score still isn't above the threshold they lowered it to, you get put on a waitlist. Waitlisted people usually hear back in like April at the earliest.

I don't know if they're doing it that way this year but in my interview they said most of us won't hear back til around March so it makes sense.

Oh jeez that’s scary. Thanks for doing the investigative work! I wonder if each interview is weighed the same because I definitely got a good cop/bad cop setup and may or may not have bombed one of my interviews. They did say the interview isn’t totally make or break though

OH MY GOSH I totally feel the good cop / bad cop setup, one of my interviewers was fine while the other responded to all of my answers with like "ok, great" and was really difficult to read.. hoping that was intentional 🙂

Just posting here so I can get alerts. Complete 8/26 and have heard nothing. 3.7 GPA 513 MCAT - veteran - no research but lots of clinical experience. Really love the school. This is the only one that could compete with my #1 choice. Good luck everyone!

Thoughts on sending a pre-II LOI here? It worked for me at another school so wondering if it's worth a shot here.
Letter of intent or update? Pretty sure you’re only supposed to send one school a letter of intent stating you WILL attend if accepted.

Damn, are they still on August? Anyone complete Sept or later get an II yet?

anyone who was interviewed hear back yet? I interviewed in mid-September and still waiting to hear back. I updated my application last month too

This is what I've gathered from a bit of research on it. Made this post above.

I interviewed in Oct and heard back like a week later. I think at least for the earlier interviews that if you don't hear back right away they will re-evaluate you at future adcom meetings

huge congratulations to all of you accepted today!! 🙂 has anyone who interviewed 11/5 heard back yet?
