How do you guys feel about post-II thank you letters? The admissions counselor at my interview said that sending one would not affect your admissions decision-- do you think it would be fine to not send one?

Has anyone heard when we will hear back? I interviewed Oct. 9th and its been radio silence. Idk if I should be happy, because I know that this means I wasn't rejected -- they said they reject ASAP to not foster false hopes for applicants. BUT..... they still haven't sent out decisions for acceptances & wait lists. I'm going to pull my hair out here guys...

You email the admissions department and they will distribute your letter to the correct interviewer. Do not email your interviewer personally.

they told us that too but my line of thinking is that although not sending one would not negatively affect you, sending one is just another chance to sell yourself and can actually benefit you. so why not?

According to MSAR apparently first decisions were suppose to be sent out by Nov 2 but honestly I think they haven’t sent anything out yet, so hang in there! I am waiting too and can’t wait to hear soon!

For those who had fee waivers did you get a complete email. I never emailed admissions but uploaded my waiver and checked my email to see if I was complete but have nothing

According to MSAR apparently first decisions were suppose to be sent out by Nov 2 but honestly I think they haven’t sent anything out yet, so hang in there! I am waiting too and can’t wait to hear soon!

Last two years they sent them out Nov 20 and the year before, Nov 24, so I am waiting for then to begin freak out.. if that helps any! 🙂

yeah already shed a couple tears there’s a few others schools sooo we’ll see what happens. But there’s definitely a lot of talented you people out there. I’m not gonna give up tho.

That's weird. I submitted my secondary around Sept 12 and haven't heard anything other than "still under review"

For those accepted, do you know if we'll get an official letter? I saw my notification in the portal but it went away after I accepted my offer. I was wondering if maybe they'd email us a copy of our acceptance letter. It would be nice to have a pdf letter to keep.
