I got that email on 10/18 too, but I haven't heard back from them... it's been over a month - wondering if that's a bad sign. 😥

same boat. you're not alone : ). Only one date from early Nov has been reported so far and it's IS. My hope is perhaps they were reviewed earlier than others, given the average time to hear back post-II is 6-8 weeks? idk but waiting for someone to burst my bubble lol

thanks friend 🙂 and yeah I agree, i was not expecting decisions until end of dec or even early jan

Yeah I'm surprised, they said 6-8 weeks for me as well and its only been 4. I wouldn't lose hope, you still have time!
 
Has anyone here gotten II for the Levitan Scholarship today? since there's only one seat, I wonder how many interviewees there will be in my cohort.

Also WL a few days ago, big sad bc this was my top choice (Maybe this is a blessing in disguise to save me from the cold) :/ Hopefully there will be some waitlist movement in the spring. Does anyone know how receptive they are to updates/LOI?

Me too :/ also one of my top choices and thought I was a good fit. I am planning to send a letter later in the cycle. From the waitlist email, sounds like they’re receptive. Hoping for good news for both of us in the spring!

Mine in September first week never got II and UR undergraduate alumni there , Are you IS ?? when did you receive the II ? I am OOS ?? no idea when they take decision on my application .

I am IS and received an II around mid November I believe! The whole process is pretty unclear for us on the outside but it’s not too late by any means! Wishing you the best of luck
 
Could any one who has already interviewed please speak on your experience? Not on any particular interview questions ofc, but the stress level of your interview, what you thought of the school and students, perhaps any tips on how to prepare, etc?

mine were both quite relaxed and enjoyable!! both interviews were a little on the longer side for me, but i didn't mind - student and faculty were both very kind and personable, i definitely think it helped keep me calm. i really like the school, and students all seemed pretty down to earth and cool. I prepped normally, just reviewing my app, the usual questions, and perusing the sdn interview feedback.

Both my interviews were around 45 minutes in length I think. And like the guy above me said, they were very relaxed and conversational.
 
Has anyone else except me and @Alex Li gotten an II for the Levitan Scholarship? Just curious to see how many of us international candidates have been selected to interview so far!
 
Does anyone know if they will start reviewing your file prior to casper being sent? My secondary was submitted late august but i don't think i was complete until sometime in September after my casper sent
