It seems they WL most people post interview but that doesn’t mean it’s the end. I thought it was and was accepted two weeks after my WL email.

Wayne State has been doing this actually. It’s how they work, but some applicants speculated that admissions may have to make decisions on certain days for all interviewees, so they WL a lot of people who were not actually reviewed to have more time til next due date
