Waitlisted. Absolutely crushed. This was my only II and my chances aren't looking good for another one at this point in the second half of my second cycle. Interviewed 12/9 and I gave it everything I had.
3.7 / 520 / OOS / Strong mission fit

How do people get pulled off the waitlist here? Is it done by priority or random?

Waitlisted at my only interview of the cycle. Interviewed 12/11, so I wasn’t expecting such a quick turnaround. Thought the interview went well, but it is what it is.

Interviewed 12/9 and already put of waitlist. Only interview so far. How many people tend to get pulled off the waitlist?

Wow, nothing for me yet, interviewed 12/2... probably a WL then 🙁 or even worse, an R

Also, do anyone get rejected post interview without a waitlist or do most people just get put on a waitlist and then rejected or accepted?

Wow, a lot of WLs only a few days after interview...Does anyone know whether that is typically a good sign if you're waitlisted that quickly, a bad sign, or most likely just how the timing for review works out?

Most likely they met yesterday. Since the latest interview was Wednesday, they probably just discussed those files as well. No idea on if the turnaround time matters :/

Interviewed 12/4, waitlist email today. Seems like they're putting most on the alternate list for now based on the fact that no-one here is reporting an A today lol

waitlisted
Interview on 12/14, Student Interview on 12/16
Stats: 3.71 cGPA, 3.67 sGPA, 515 MCAT
IS (from Wayne County)

This is just speculation lol but I feel like they just WL a bunch of people to get more time to make a decision post II lol otherwise I feel like we would see post II rejections

Yeah they usually do WLs in a batch, Rs in a batch, and As in a batch on separate days, so I don't think WLs are a holding place. On my interview day they said they were going to reject a lot more people than usual up front this year anyways, so if you got a WL that definitely doesn't mean they're thinking about rejecting you!

when do you think they'll start rolling out the R's?

Guys. I interviewed 11/2 and still have had no response. What the heck😂

Interviewed on Wednesday 12/16, WL today lol. That cant be a good sign 🙃
I wouldn't view it negatively! Most of the people being waitlisted are going to be accepted eventually (they need more time to review). they're also being more direct with the R's this cycle so a WL is not a bad sign 🙂

I got alternate list, 12/2 interview. This may be the dumbest question ever, but is alternate list the same as waitlst?

Anyone finish their interview yesterday hear back yet? I interviewed monday but had one of my interviews later in the week

People keep saying this, but has anyone actually been rejected post interview yet?
