When you log into your portal, on the side there should be an interview tab, the form should be there. I submitted my form day-of interview so I am not sure if it is there early.

I'm a reapplicant so I learned this last cycle. Also, during recruitment day and on their website they say that their committee meets once/month for As/Ds/Rs... I've also gone through GCSOM's SDN thread from previous 2 cycles lol

I don’t know the answer but I’m curious too. I saw on one website that the chance of receiving an interview is 13.53%. I don’t know how reliable the numbers are though!

Hi all! Congrats to all those who have received II this far, it’s a huge achievement. I’m currently an M1 student at Geisinger and know that last cycle they interviewed approximately 900 applicants and granted around 270 acceptances. Hope this helps 😁

Someone earlier in the thread I believe said out of 900 interviewed, ~270 were accepted (so~30%). No breakdown between IS and OOS but I would guess IS may be higher… just a guess tho

Yes, they sent a wave of acceptances on Oct. 15th.

Interviewed on Sept 27th and took the situational judgment test on Oct 27th, so will probably hear a decision (A/W/D) around the same time or more likely just before I get my results back form the judgment test. You think admissions will see that I have at least taken the exam or are they only notified with the results?

Yeah, but how does that counteract Step 1 going P/F. How do program directors compare GPAs from one place to P/F at another?

I think they said 6-8 weeks. Usually comes out on the 15th of every month, I think.

top 25% of SJT gets a slight boost, everyone else (including those not taking it) has no impact on admissions at other schools that have released how they used sjt.

Lucked out with 76th percentile, so just made the cut here lol. If only I did so well on casper- 25th to 50th percentile there.
