Some movement is inevitable as some accepted off the waitlist will decline

Anyone accepted from the WL today or were offers just given to people who had interviewed and not heard back yet? Hoping the admissions tracker precedes the release of acceptances (does anyone know anything about this?) and the increase means there will be some acceptances from the WL sent out this week.
this is something I hadn’t thought of and I really hope this is the case, my heart broke a little today

i've read on this and last years thread that the tracker is updated before releasing As, but im not sure how factually accurate this is

That seems really full for May… I don’t know how much hope I should hold on to 😢
Remember some of them may be people who simply didn’t leave the group after withdrawing. I wouldn’t hinge (or unhinge) your hopes on a Facebook group!

What is the outdated aamc waitlist doc? Why not just check out the msar waitlist profile. its updated for 2022.
remember that candidates have been pulled off the WL as the cycle has gone on though. Not trying to bum you out, but just keeping it real.

There still remains a big waitlist movement guys. The same time last year, there were like a hundred more acceptances.

Sorry I meant like they had already accepted 100 more people than right now. Which means we still have a lot more to go to reach where they were at the same time last year. Sorry for wording it weirdly!

They may have accepted too many people from the wait list too soon last year and almost oversubscribed. Maybe they’re extra cautious this year.
