Anybody who interviewed on 9/29 and still have not heard back ? No AC email nothing for me

+1! I’m also purch but still… no ac email is spooking me. I’m like ok did u already make a decision and it’s just bad so you’re waiting to release it and that’s why no ac :/ but also I feel like the first people who were presented to the committee were likely the most qualified so in theory also the least likely to be rejected???? (That does not apply to me tho lol)

OOS II today. I was complete in mid-August and interviews are being scheduled for mid-January. Good luck to all!

Has anyone gone to the Q&A sessions? is it casual or are people wearing their interview suits?

I went to the PURCH one and it was very casual. I wouldn’t wear anything formal/suits (unless that’s what you want) to it and they reassured us it’s completely optional and we could leave in the middle of it if anything came up, no one is evaluating anything.

Are we able to type notes for the MMI? My handwriting is horrible and I'd really rather not write on a piece of paper.

As far as I remember, nobody said we can’t type during my MMI At UMass. They just said you’re allowed to take notes. So I’m assuming you can do it in any way that is more comfortable for you. Also, remember that you only have 2 minutes to think about the scenario and take notes. you probably won’t have time to right down full sentences. You just need to type/write bullet points of the ideas in your head so that you wouldn’t forget them when talking.

II last week and scheduled for January, no As so far so hoping this interview will go well. also, complete mid-july.

For anyone who has interviewed already, are the MMI situations acting or non-acting -- as in is the interviewer like an actor and you're supposed to ask them questions as if they're a patient or do you just explain your thought process for the situation to the interviewer?
I personally did not have any acting scenarios at UMass. Some questions are personal and about your experiences. Some of them are everyday ethical scenarios. My interviewers were very nice and chill. I felt like they were more trying to understand my thoughts rather than to judge me. Remember, even if you mess up at one or two of the stations, that’s ok! Just remember that each interviewer is grading you individually. So you still can make up for that by doing better on the other stations.
Lastly, they saw something special in your application and that’s why you got an interview. You deserve to be there. Good luck!

interviewed 10/4 and radio silence not even active consideration. IS this a soft r? thoughts
I'm in the same boat, and I don't think so/hope not. I know someone who got rejected here pretty quickly post interview last year

II today! Complete 9/5, OOS technically but living in state rn. LM 71, URM, & dates available late Jan!

A received this past Friday (12/9) via email after having received an AC email on 11/19! OOS interviewed 11/4!!

Is anyone aware of folks that received an AC notification but later received an R? Also is there a counter of how many A's have been extended so far?

To date this is my only I and even though it went great, I'm IS, received AC, I'm still very nervous. Interviewed on 11/8 AC on 11/23.

It really seems like there is no pattern- I've seen people receive the AC and be accepted / denied, and people without the AC who are accepted / denied. My II was 10/6 and nothing at all since
