At this point we've already waited so long, but is it possible to hear back May 1st? Or will the earliest most likely be the 2nd

It is possible but less likely since in the past people have gotten off waitlists b4 April 30th (at other schools I've seen)
 
Hey! So it seems like most acceptances off of the WL came on the 2nd last year... are we thinking that this year might be the same?

I'm thinking similar but not necessarily same. Probably most come at beginning of May/ first week.

Does Mayo typically reject people off the waitlist? I was looking on last year's SDN and it looks like they just ghost waitlisted applicants until the end of the cycle??

Yeah, you'll get access to it through your portal. Don't want to share it here; all the other GroupMe's got hit with spam if they were shared publicly.
 
Do we think there will be another round of invites this week or likely not?
 
Does anyone have the AZ track match-list for this year? having some difficulty finding it

Congrats!! I also got the highly interested email last night but haven’t heard back yet. If you don’t mind, did they tell you any information about your fin aid? And in your response, did you say that you would attend if accepted?

Probably. While I think that the initial post-CTE wave is probably over, they have accepted a few people in May/June in the past. I would recommend preparing to move forward with the options you have just in case you don't get the news you were hoping for, though. Good luck.

It is a mix! You will have a NBME available to take for just about every preclinical block, but they don't always have a big impact on your grades. For some blocks, they will function as a final exam. For others, there will be an in-house exam and the NBME is mostly for practice (counts for like 5% or something). This if they haven't changed it, which I doubt they have.
 
Don’t mean to sound neurotic, but someone in the feinberg thread called the admissions office and they said more waitlist movement is expected. Has anyone called Mayo?
