Was anyone else low-key hoping they would release pre-matches today? ONE THING I LEARNED FROM THIS CYCLE IS THAT I NEED TO WORK ON MY PATIENCE SMH

They had campus previews today, I doubt they would do it on a preview day because of the emotions that would likely follow lol especially live in-person reactions to pre-matching or not pre-matching. The next preview day is next Friday, so I would assume the earliest would be the following week

I have had several dreams of getting pre-matches throughout this process. But every time I wake up I realize that it didn’t happen. It really is the strangest thing.

Biz casual, but some ppl did opt for jackets/blazers. I didn’t see anyone in jeans or polos. Dress comfortable and wear shoes that’ll allow you to walk A LOT and climb up stairs as well.

Unfortunately, I believe the last interview orientation session has passed, so I don’t think any more will be going out this cycle

Personally, I also like to know specifics, so if it helps to know, their last interview of the cycle is tomorrow, Dec 14th (last interview dates are Dec 12, 13, 14). I see the listings in the portal. So unless they somehow add more, this is it for the cycle :-(

In my opinion, it will be next Friday. I don't feel they would wait to release pre-matches till after interviews were over if they weren't also going to consider these interviews for the first round of pre-matches.

It can start anytime after this weekend. They are only missing one week of interviews as of last week.

They didn’t talk about when prematches should start at the tour but they did say that there are ~50 scholarships for incoming students and a maximum 10 $1,000 OOS Tuition Waivers. 60% of the scholarships are merit and 40% are need based (it could be flipped though cause I kinda forgot).

Also the stat cutoff for the Merit based scholarships were 506 and 3.7 GPA I believe.
