It took me 4 days, but I submitted almost immediately after the secondary came out. It's only been 5 business days since you submitted and they're probably currently going through lots of secondaries, so I wouldn't worry about it!

hard to say... imo 94 seems steep, because mostly people who get accepted submit acceptance data, i believe its definitely skewed but ive also read from ppl who were accepted that getting an interview is the tough part, the interview itself is just a convo

Honestly super chill I wouldn’t stress out too much. Just the standard medical school interview advice: be genuine and know exactly why you want to be at Rowan. Good luck!
