+1 IS post-WL R, LOI pre interview, LOI post interview, LOintent post waitlist. Was my only chance this year. What are my chances next year if I have been waitlisted this year? Surely better as long as I show improvement and growth?

Do you guys think the WL movement will happen on Friday May 1st or will they wait till Monday May 4th? I know last year they sent out many As on the 2nd, which was a friday, but I'm not sure how they will move this year. This sounds very OD as I type it, but alas, judgement day is coming, so better to be prepared.

Yes I would guess May 4th, because they usually take at least one day before sending out As
Agreed, would be a quick turnaround to hear Friday. Especially since it seems decisions come out Thursdays and April 30th falls on a Thursday.

How many admissions offers do you think we'll see this cycle? Last year, they sent out only 615, whereas in previous years they had sent out over 700. Portal is currently at 551
If I guess right do I get a full ride? 621

I saw somewhere (idk if on here Or Reddit) that 2 years ago they over admitted by a lot and had to have people defer which was why they sent out less As last year

Yes exactly, there class from 2 years ago had like 15-20 students extra and they deferred some too

They usually send 90 offers around this time, this is what has been happening over the years with the exception of last year

I mean, I’ve been told almost 50% of the class is off waitlist. And they do send around 700 so I’m assuming that includes a lot of WL at the end. But I’m speaking into the dark and I’m a little terrified
