Hi,
As you probably know, USC got rid of their early decision deadline. They now only have regular decision which is due November 30.
Does anyone know if this means we get our acceptance letters later than before, or if we can still expect them by January/February?
Hello! I have an interview and bench test at USC on 21,22 October 2017. The dress code is "interview attire" for day-1 and "business casual" for day-2. Hey! What can I wear? What is a safe bet for females?
hey guys! This is actually my first post haha. Anyways, I want to go to optometry school in the future, but I'm not sure which undergrad is most suited for it. My dream school has always been UCLA, but I've heard a lot about the cutthroat competition and grade deflation. Is it worth going there...
Hi all! I apologize for the long post, and would greatly appreciate any suggestions!
I have currently finished my first year at USC (Southern California) as a human biology major. I am planning on finishing my premed requirements and applying directly to medical school out of college. Thus far I...

I have a 3.0 science GPA and a 3.2 overall GPA.

I'm taking my WREB at USC in August, and I'm looking at three different patient locator services. Lu Lau seems to be a big operation, and one of my classmates used them for his NERB in Las Vegas this year. He had a very smooth experience with them.
The other two I'm looking at are Western...
I'm a junior at Beverly Hills High and my gpa is looking pretty iffy. In the low 3 range on a 4.0 scale (unweighted). My main problem is that I've always stretched myself too thin and taken a lot of honors/AP courses. Last year I got a 4 on AP Biology. This year I am taking AP Lang and AP US...
So I am deciding between MUSC and USC-Greenville, I'm really torn and would love to just talk it out and hear what people have to say. Sorry for the long post.
A few things: the specialties I'm most interested are Trauma Surgery, Neurosurgery, EM, ENT/Neurotology, or Interv. Neurorad.; I know...
Hey guys,
Now that a lot of acceptances have gone out is anyone having a dilemma of choosing between USC and Washington University? I currently live in Los Angeles so moving expenses and finding an apt aren't an issue for me versus if I moved to St. Louis I would incur the cost of moving plus...
Hi all,
I was recently admitted to USC and Columbia's MSOT programs, and am trying to make a final decision between the two. What are some of the pros/cons of each program, and your impressions or experiences (for those who are current/past students or have visited before/heard from others)...
Hi all! I have been accepted into Brunel University in London and USC in the US.
USC is a dream, of course, but it is also very expensive. I did receive a sizable scholarship, but it'll still leave me with about 130,000 in loans if I don't receive any other aid. USC is 2.5 years, and starts in...
Can anyone speak to their experiences or knowledge about getting a PhD in epidemiology at a school of public health versus in a department of preventative medicine at a medical school?
Degree seeking: PhD in Epi (currently have MPH in Epi from Columbia)
Accepted: UW (SPH), UCLA (SPH), USC (Dept...
Hi guys! I haven't seen this thread yet, so I thought I'd start one :)
I just got accepted and I'm really excited to start. Has anyone else heard back? Are there any current students that have advice about the program?
I'm deciding between these three and feel very conflicted. Any advice or opinions are very much appreciated. Thank you!

Hi,
I've been accepted to USC, NYU, and Tufts and I really need some help with making my decision. I'm from Southern California and I love living here and being close to home but, I don't know if I like PBL at USC. I liked Tufts and I NYU seemed nice too. I appreciate any input :)
Hey, this is for everyone that applied to USC for the Fall of 2017. I'm not sure when we will start hearing back from them (or if any of y'all have), but I just wanted to get an idea!
Here are my stats:
GPA (cumulative): 3.86
GPA (pre-req): 4.0
Last 60: 4.0
Science: 4.0

Hi,
I got accepted to Washington University St.Louis and USC so far. I am comparing two programs right now, and curriculum seems pretty similar. A difference that I noticed is that Wash U has linkage program and USC does not. I read some past threads about each schools program but I still...
Hi, I have been accepted to multiple pharmacy schools and narrowed my choices down to UOP and USC. I know pharmacy is saturated so it is better to go with the name brand school -- USC -- in order to get a job? or just finish and get my degree early in 3 years at UOP with about 60-80k less in loans?
Hi everyone! I had a question about studying abroad.
I'm currently a community college student, and am planning to apply to USC (I have pretty good chances of getting in; I have a 4.0 GPA and will have taken most required classes by the time I apply this fall).
Assuming I get in, I'd like to...
In a few years I plan on applying to these schools: UCLA, UCSF, NYU, UPenn, Columbia, USC, Boston University, Harvard, University of Maryland, University of Illinois, University of North Carolina.
Looking at the USC threads I can infer that it's heavily based around PBL. Do you guys know if the...
I'm a pre-dental student here at CSULB and I plan on applying to USC's Ostrow School of Dentistry in the near future. One of the required prerequisites is 1 year of General Biology but my school offers only 1 semester of General Biology. I contacted their admissions office and they advised that...
Hey everyone!
I was recently accepted for Campbell's DPT program! I interviewed on 9/30 and found out 3 days later, which was incredible. I'm just worried because the program starts in 3 months, and I still haven't heard back from anyone else yet. I applied to Elon, Duke, Shenandoah, Radford...
Hello everyone! I was just wondering if anyone has submitted their PharmCAS & Supplementals to USC yet? Have they sent out interview dates yet? Thanks!
I applied to the University of Southern California post bacc premed program a week ago, got all my materials to them early this week and was swiftly rejected yesterday. I didn't expect it, it was shocking how quickly they made their decision. This was for the spring 2017 term. They basically...
Hi guys I'm sorry if this has already been answered before but I couldn't find a thread on it. Do I need to pay the USC processing fee ($85) now or after I receive a secondary? I submitted my ADEA AADSAS app and am currently waiting for my DAT scores to be uploaded. The wording on the USC...

Hi everyone,
I am finishing up my last semester this Fall at CSUF in Health Sciences. For many years now, I wanted to become a Physician Assistant. Recently, suddenly, my heart has gone towards a different path, and I never thought in my LIFE that I would change my career, because I was...
Hi everyone,
1) I appreciate whoever reads this and responds to me. I am almost 24 years old, and will have a BS in Health Sciences by this December. I have only taken anatomy, physiology, microbiology, and 1 year of general chemistry. I still have to take physics, Ochem, and General Bio, which...
Just wondering if anyone else here is planning on applying to these two schools. In your opinion, does WCU have any advantages over USC (besides the lower cost of course)? Since USC has the more established program, I suspect employers would be partial towards applicants with degrees from USC’s...

Hi everyone. So I just finished my 2 year at a community college and I've been accepted to UCLA and USC. I was wondering which one would you think it's best for Pre-Med courses and also for not ruining my GPA (I have a 4.0 right now) . My major is economics btw.

Got accepted and raring to go to USC for pharm school. Planning a vacation in August. I was wondering if the pharm school has an orientation and when that would be. The website says classes start on 08/22 but there are not dates for orientation or white coat
