For those of you who have interviews coming up, this is one to look forward to. The students are sooo nice and the dean of admissions is kind of a bro (very relaxed and clearly passionate about the school). Campus is beautiful and the two interviews (one faculty, one student) are very conversational and blind to stats. They are evaluating: will you be a compassionate and competent physician (faculty) and would I want you as a classmate/to work on a team with you (student).
They go super in depth about the new curriculum (LSI: lead, serve inspire) and how hands on early clinical exposure is a huge emphasis so though the website is a little sparse, you will know all the great things about the school prior to the interviews (which are in the afternoon).
I stayed with a student host and got to check out some of their student clubs the night prior and it was awesome to meet current students and see what they get to do outside of academics-- would highly recommend staying with a host if possible!
