When did you submit? Mine has said "under review" since ~7/20 and I haven't gotten a complete email of any kind. I just took Casper on 8/11 if that makes a difference.

I submitted on 8/12 and verified 8/15 all my LORs have been received. Oh and I received that message through email. Good Luck!
 
My status says this
  • 08/02/2016 - Your secondary application was completed by the Office of Admissions and is currently under review by the Committee on Admissions.
I didn't get an email from them though saying that I'm complete. Does that mean I'm complete?

I don't think you need to worry as I have the same status. I believe they emailed me since they had no record of CASPer at all. Good luck to you. Now, we wait:arghh:.
 
Is it supposed to list my letters received? Mine isn't listing any and I don't know why. I indicated a pre-health committee letter on the secondary and submitted it a month ago. It says my secondary was received and successfully submitted though? I submitted this 7/19....

I also submitted a committee letter. On my page it is indicated under 'Letters of Evaluation' saying, "07/11/2016 Committee Letter from....."

Mine specifically lists my committee letter and the optional letter I had sent.

Just checked, got put on hold. Is that more or less a rejection here? Can't imagine the chances of coming out are too high given the massive number of applications 🙁

How were you notified of this? Is being put on hold like a waitlist?
 
Have any 7/26 CASPer takers noticed if NYMC has recieved their CASPer score according to the portal?

For reference, I took mine 6/16 and it took 5-6 weeks for notification that my scores had been received to show up (I'm not sure exactly when, but it while after the test date).

No, I did not send anything, I thought that this school is not receptive of those letters. I figured that I was silently rejected, but then I got the invite in late march.

MSAR says they do not start sending invitations to interview until after Labor Day...I wonder if it said the same thing last year and they decide to send them earlier? At least this is what I'm hoping!

Interesting...People are starting to get put on hold today so they are definitely starting to take some action

Sorry to hear about the hold :/ . So you guys didn't get an email about it? Just via the status portal? @robotfinches do you mind sharing when you were complete on the portal?

8/3 was when my committee letter was in. Edit: It was submitted 7/22 but NYMC didn't download it until 8/3, maybe there was a long processing time on their end.
No email. The status was updated under "Secondary Application & Admissions Committee Review":

"08/17/2016 The Committee on Admissions has completed its preliminary review of your submitted application materials. At this time, your application has been placed on-hold . Applications placed on-hold may be reviewed again through mid-April. You will be notified via email if your application review status changes."

Thanks for clarifying! Oh wow so they had given you a decision on 8/17 when your app was completed on 8/3? I wonder if they put you on hold temporarily, so kinda like a temporary queue until they officially start sending out II's.

Did anyone else who was completed before that date receive a status update online yet?

Complete 7/19, no update since then (other then receiving my CASPer score). Curious to see if anyone around my date has received an update as well.

Complete 7/21...I have been placed on hold apparently since 7/25 however, the hold message did not show up until today (I have been checking every few days). Nothing about my 7/26 CASPer results either.
 
Same as above. Complete 7/19, on-hold 7/25, status didn't change until late today. I did casper in June.
