What is acceptance range?
Basically a waitlist...My understanding was that Tulane only puts people into two categories post interview: accepted and acceptance range. What is acceptance range?
Not even rejections post interview??Basically a waitlist...My understanding was that Tulane only puts people into two categories post interview: accepted and acceptance range.
I just read another part of their website that said they do reject post interview...now I'm not sureNot even rejections post interview??
I decided to just pay it, but thank you! The fee is refundable until April 30th.I think you can choose to accept and pay later... that's what I've done! Just FYI!
green check mark today hunniiii. its so green babyyyy its green
im totally getting rejected
LOL don't think like that! I got the green check mark recently and told myself that many people will withdraw after first batch of acceptances, which will lead to interview spots being open at Tulane. Just in time for me to snatch them 😏!
For what it's worth, back in the day I had an acceptance to Tulane and another school. When I decided on Tulane, I notified the other school (via email) and a paper check for $100 arrived soon afterwards.Does anyone know if the $100 commitment deposit is refundable? Just curious.
edawg!! love your positivity. i hope you're right! we are in this together - can we make a pact? if you get an II, i get one too, and if i don't get one, you dont either?
Oh I wish you the very best , hope you make it this time !LOL i'd give u as many interviews as u want if i can get 1! as much as i would like to take u up on that pact, this is my 3rd app cycle and regardless of the result it will be my last. so i must get an interview!!!!!!

I picked 10/25. It was the only one available in October and November and I didn't look any further out than that.

I'm curious if there are any current Tulane students out there who would be willing to field some PM questions from me (just got accepted yesterday, starting to mull over my acceptances and would love the insider scoop). Thanks!
If you don't mind me asking..did you complete the CASPER assessment? and if so do you think your scores were available by the time the adcom made their decision?lol just got the axe pre-II complete 8/23.... Was fooled by that subject title tho! GL to everyone still in the running 😉

Congrats! When were you complete/submit secondary?
Congrats to all you acceptees!!! Just wondering, is there anyone who DIDNT take CASPER and still got admitted??
Thanks!
It was kinda tough but I decided to withdraw from my interview with Tulane today...hope one of y'all will get it!
i called and asked about this and basically they said they over schedule fall interviews in preparation for some people withdrawing so nothing earlier is openWhat's the deal on people withdrawing from their interview dates? If we're scheduled for a late one can we email to request an earlier date or are we stuck with what we have? I'm not until January but I saw someone earlier on the thread say they saw openings in November...
curious about this too, but for other schools lol - all this silence has me debating putting in other apps to school I'm interested in but worried it's way too late especially because I have a LM of ~70If I submitted the secondary this weekend would that be too late in the cycle?
Thanks and good luck to your cycle! When were you scheduled for (or like the month if you wanna stay more anonymous)?
Couldn't have said it any better. I'm in the same boat, and wondering if letters of interest will be of any benefit this early on. Out of curiosity, what are your stats?Received an email yesterday morning stating that I was wait-listed or as Tulane like to say "Acceptance-Range." I interviewed 10/3, took the Casper, and thought that the interview went really well and received good feedback. Disappointed because I thought I was a good fit for the school. Guess I'll have to wait until March or May to see if there's any movement and start drafting those letters of interest. . . .
