I had hopes for this school as an URM. It's been over a month now that I've been complete, and I'm beginning to think they're not that interested.
I'll prob wait another month or two...

CCOM doesn't provide status updates beyond emails for secondary completion --> II --> acceptance/rejection/final pool.
 
Last time I received an II, the email came at 11:46am. Can anyone confirm if that's the time they usually send out IIs or does it vary? Thanks.

Varies. Mine came around 3 or 4 pm
 
Wow what a rough game. Not sure if any of you are Hawkeyes football fans, but if you are I'm sure you're just as bummed as I am.

Does anybody know if it usually takes them a few days to send the Secondary? I sent them my primary on Thursday.

Yeah it took a few days for me to receive the secondary too! But, I assure you it will come! Are you IS?

No I am not IS! I ended up getting one today! I know it's late and I am in in for the long haul but that's okay!

Thanks! and no, not yet. Deciding on whether or not I want to pursue the CRISP program or not. I am passionate about rural med, but I don't have many ties to rural Iowa.

I'm not too familiar with CRISP, or rural med for that matter, so I can't give any useful insight. But, I will give you my well wishes! I'm sincerely hoping the best for you!

Does anyone who recently signed up for an interview remember what time it said the interview day would end on Mondays? The website won't let me go back to the page that had that information.

It should say on your secondary app under the "Interview" tab. My interview day lasted about 5.5 hours, but it was on a Friday and I've heard those are on a condensed schedule.

I got an email today encouraging me to apply because of my MCAT & because of my underrepresented minority status. However, my MCAT is fairly low & it is fairly late in the cycle...did anyone else get this email? Also does anyone know the what MCAT you have to get to receive this email as a underrepresented minority? Trying to figure out if it's worth applying this late in the game

Ha! I got this email for here and several other MD schools. I ended up applying and got an II. I wish I applied to all of the schools that sent me that email. Apply...now...

I received the email as well also with a pretty low MCAT and wonder the same things...

I think im going to take them up on it. Ive interviewed at some great schools with an even lower MCAT than I have now. Some schools place more of an emphasis on factors other than stats. Hopefully this is one such school!

Wat are you guys considering a "low" mcat? This is sdn so I'm assuming you mean anything below 509+? Or do you mean 4XX low?

I received the email as well. I have a low MCAT, am a minority, and got an II!
