Someone above posted that they had dates open in March... at this point a rejection (as opposed to pure silence) would be a relief lol

From their website (FAQs | Tufts University School of Medicine): We hold all complete applications under active consideration for an interview until the end of February, and we interview until the end of March.

A friend of mine who goes to Tufts has told me the same thing as well.

I'm probably wrong, don't listen to me. I think I got it mixed up with the next adcom meeting.

Anyone admitted or w an II for Maine Track have extensive research experience?

I don't know what you consider extensive, but I have about 1.5 yrs full time research experience, and I got accepted to Maine Track. No pubs or anything, and I have a strong interest in rural med/am from a rural part of NE

Did everyone post-II get an email from Julie Aliberti about applying for scholarships?

Does anyone know whether Tufts has any merit scholarships?

People who interviewed week of 1/15, are we getting our decisions today or at least this week?

Pre-II rejection today! - took longer than I thought o(0_0)o

I think so (interviewed a different week in Jan and heard all January ppl would hear this week). Anyone have any other intel? Getting so anxious!!

someone just tell me what to ask cause I can't think of a proper way to phrase the question

‘Hi my name is NoMD4Me but I really do want an MD (jk just say your actual name). I interviewed on x date and am really excited about tufts. I don’t mean to pester your office but am wondering if you have an idea of when I may hear a decision?’

lol that's a waste of words. Don't call. You waited 5 months to interview and now can't wait 3 weeks to hear back? Our AdCom always sends decisions in a timely manner. Just. Be. Patient.

Take a deep breath... I called and asked (didn't say what medstar suggested), got an answer, and everything was fine. Nothing wrong with calling to clarify.

Just curious, how did you phrase it?

I literally just asked to clarify when decisions would be released for my interview day

Dude, you're the one that interviewed two weeks ago and is getting antsy and calling the admissions office. Emily Condon told you during your interview when you should expect to hear back.

Again, I called to clarify because I forgot. Never said I was antsy. I really don't think it's worth getting worked up over.
