I'm not sure whats going on with my review. I submitted on July 8th and the LOR/Application File Complete has had green checkmark since then. I clicked on the "see document status for details" and it says the letters were added July 18th (doesnt make sense). I also have not gotten a complete email from them. It still shows a RED exclamation mark next to In Progress.

Sounds like you submitted your secondary on the 8th but your letters were processed on the 18th, which means you were fully complete then. You’re not under review yet because someone hasn’t picked up your app, so it’s red. My timeline/scenario is exactly the same as yours so I wouldn’t be worried.

Stats in signature, 3.9 and 517. Already gotten a couple interviews elsewhere so I’m trying to stay focused on those but these soft rejections still hurt lol

They didnt do this hold thing last year but they werent shy of sending rejections so maybe its good. We both have IIs so at least we know there isnt any huge problem with our apps!

I also got the hold. I am an International applicant (Canadian), LM ~72, complete email received on July 23.
Seems like a few people got the hold, hopefully it's not the worst of news. Best wishes everyone.

yeah pretty much because their email states majority of their applicants go on their waitlist lol.

So I’m guessing it means you had a good app but not as immediately striking to give you an II just yet. It sounds like people on this list will be periodically rereviewed through the cycle

Looks like they’re choosing which days to offer interviews for each applicant. Many people reported earlier that they were at Nov/Dec
