Let me rephrase. If you are put on the on-hold list NOW, it pretty much is a soft R. Like if they just got to your app NOW and put you on hold -- vs. someone being on hold for a long time and then getting pulled off.

To add to this discussion, I applied really really late (late October) for this school meaning I was prob one of the last few that they got applications from and I got a hold from them dec 10. Idk if that means mine was easy to decide to put on hold or if they went in order and reached mine then. Either way, I might send an update but my hopes are low for this one

does it say check for an update tomorrow or does it say check below for an update and the update says Jan 27th? Because that’s been there for a while they just changed the date from on/around the 21st to on/around the 27th

Just got an II this morning so theres still hope. Tons of dates still open- Jan 30th, at least 10 dates in feb that I remember and several more in March

Anyone else interested in women's health? I've noticed that they have a ton of women's health incorporated into the curriculum. And there's an option to do a scholar track in this area. I have an interview in a few weeks and am trying to focus on the positive aspects of Drexel without overthinking the negative opinions that I see online. Thanks, fellow applicants 🙂

One of the main reasons I really liked Drexel was their focus on women's health and how they incorporated that into the curriculum. I think Drexel has a robust women's health program and they're pretty responsive to student input as well. My interviewer mentioned that one of the programs I pointed out in the interview was actually created and spear-headed by a student!

Some people who got deferred last time look like they heard the next month, some 2 months, maybe some still haven’t heard (but since it’s later in the cycle, I’m hoping this will move quicker because they’ll have a smaller volume of interviews to get through). I’m going to send an update this week and hope for the best!
