I believe most medical schools do, correct? Either way, yes. They mentioned it multiple times in the interview invitation email I received so that is why I scheduled the interview earlier than I was prepared for. And also to get experience at the medical interviewing before I interview at some of the places that I am more inclined to attend if accepted.

Can attest. I know of someone who was accepted by MCW 10/15.
 
So if we selected the option for wanting a student host to stay with for the interview does that mean we automatically get it or will we get a confirmation?
 
My CASPER score just sent to MCW. How long will it take for them to mark my app as complete? OOS
 
Is it true MCW has near an 80% post-II acceptance rate? Saw this on the Interview tracker going around....

Wow, it's actually 87% post II acceptance for OOS. Let's hope I'm not a part of that 13% lol

can someone provide the link to the source? I'm super excited about this school, loved interview day. Seeing this has me excited but still cautious lol

Its important to consider that USWNR probably groups all three campuses into one. There is probably quite a bit more competition at some campuses than others!
 
I'm an international applicant and based on MSAR and the school website, I can only apply to Milwaukee. Does it mean that I should not answer the last two regional essay questions?
 
Application complete right now. OOS no ties, 508, 3.2 sGPA undergrad, 3.7 SMP sGPA. Do I have a shot here? I did my research on MCW and I actually really want to go here.

You have a shot, but their website says “preferred” secondary deadline is Aug 15th. This is the only school I’ve seen to actually have a preferred secondary deadline, so idk how much they value being on time before that.

I submitted my secondary before Aug 15 I was waiting on CASPer scores -__-
 
Is anyone else interviewing at the central campus in Wausau soon? I feel like all I've seen is for the Milwaukee campus!

I interviewed this past friday! It looks like kind of a long day on paper but it goes by somewhat quickly. In the morning it's mostly just info sessions about the curriculum/academic support/etc. In the afternoon you either have two half-hour interviews or a tour first then you switch. The interview is either two faculty or a faculty and a student. They said it's completely random which one you get.

I was personally very impressed by the school. All of the students were super nice and enthusiastic and the faculty I met were great as well. The building itself seems really new. Lots of fancy tech and such. Overall it was a relatively low-stress day. I left with a very good impression and am very excited to see my decision.
 
congrats to everyone with IIs. Good to know they still have lots of dates and are barely scratching October, still hopeful!

My understanding is that you have cleared an initial evaluation to enter a pool of applicants they will continue to consider for interview. So it's a good thing!
However, it is important to stress that not all II's get that small pool email.
