Is it odd that I still do not have my Vitals log in? I submitted last wednesday...?

I got my 3rd “Change of status - Application Complete” email today stating that I’d get my vitals email in the next 3 business days except I already got my vitals email 5 days ago. So maybe it’s just a glitchy system?

I mean at least all of you have submitted. I logged it once on a whim and then had to edit my essays, forgot my username since it took me like 7 attempts to even log on the first time. Now I'm like locked out.
The school is at least decent so it's worth the money (and that's coming from someone who loves UC and Case more). But I mean their app system needs some ****ing work.
 
Anyone still not receive a secondary yet? I'm IS and this is the only secondary I have left to do ....
 
What types of examples are people giving for how you’d contribute to the “medical education” aspect of their mission? Not sure exactly what it means
 
Update for anyone who cares: I've gotten a response from OSU support and I will be able to submit my app after I get home from work
 
Got my vitals ID, that was a lot quicker than I was expecting.

Submitted yesterday, and got to set it up yesterday (email was sent to AMCAS email).
I am having issues logging on though to check my status though
 
Still no email about VITALS login, therefore I can't log in to begin with. Time to stay patient, lol.

I don't know if this is what you mean but I got my login a couple days ago and have been able to successfully log on.

Also when people say it's the only way to check your status, does that mean they don't send emails about II's or anything? Or it's the only way YOU can post updates?

No they'll send emails for II's
 
Still not vitals login... 😡

Also, what was the point of making a osu username and PW login??
 
Anyone else having trouble creating an account? I went to the go.osu.edu/supplementalapp link, tried to create an account, but then keep getting an error message (see screenshot). I've tried in both Safari and Chrome, using different usernames, passwords, and security questions, but always get this message. I'm also not getting any prompt to input a code and my birthdate.

Edit: what is this lastname.# thing? How do I know what my number is? Is it my AMCAS ID number?

It gets worse. At least for me, it seems like you you have to change your username/password every time you need to try to login and even that sometimes doesn't work. Sucks because I finished the secondary and can't submit until I get someone from the admissions office to help me actually login again
 
I am so confused on what we are supposed to do after submitting their secondary. I made a my.osu account with the activation code. Not sure what the point of that was or if I need to do anything else? Would love an explanation lol

I'm in your same boat, which sucks because I've literally been unable to work on my secondary and the two weeks since receipt is Tuesday. :S

Ugh, that sucks. -_- It would be nice if they used one of the normal app systems rather than their own site.

So I made a my OSU account too. And didn’t know what to do. Then got a vital login like a week after I think. But didn’t use any of my osu login for that like i thought I would? But I guess just wait for that.

But after I got my vitals and logged in I saw my app was complete so I’m just gonna assume I’m ok

For the question "The mission statement of The Ohio State University College of Medicine is to “improve people’s lives” through innovation in research, medical education, and patient care. Please describe how your past experiences predict your potential to contribute in two of these three areas." are you answering it for innovation in research, innovation in medical education, and innovation in patient care or does the innovation not carry over? Idk if this question makes sense but I'm wondering if the medical education and patient care are stand alones lol
