I got my 3rd “Change of status - Application Complete” email today stating that I’d get my vitals email in the next 3 business days except I already got my vitals email 5 days ago. So maybe it’s just a glitchy system?

Same! I've gotten two thus far - but no vitals info
I mean at least all of you have submitted. I logged it once on a whim and then had to edit my essays, forgot my username since it took me like 7 attempts to even log on the first time. Now I'm like locked out.
The school is at least decent so it's worth the money (and that's coming from someone who loves UC and Case more). But I mean their app system needs some ****ing work.

When did you submit your secondary? Also, does the email with vitals login info come to your AAMC email or osu email?
Submitted yesterday, and got to set it up yesterday (email was sent to AMCAS email).
I am having issues logging on though to check my status though

Can i ignore this stuff about VITALS ID and whatever? or will ignoring that fudge my app up
I think only through VITALS you can check your app status so I don't think you should.

You need to wait to get a separate email with your vitals login info. It will be different from your OSU login info.
I don't know if this is what you mean but I got my login a couple days ago and have been able to successfully log on.
Also when people say it's the only way to check your status, does that mean they don't send emails about II's or anything? Or it's the only way YOU can post updates?

Copy and paste them to a word document before you submit.
I usually do that but I must not have saved the doc or I just cant find it on my computer

Finally got vitals
Anyone else having trouble creating an account? I went to the go.osu.edu/supplementalapp link, tried to create an account, but then keep getting an error message (see screenshot). I've tried in both Safari and Chrome, using different usernames, passwords, and security questions, but always get this message. I'm also not getting any prompt to input a code and my birthdate.
Edit: what is this lastname.# thing? How do I know what my number is? Is it my AMCAS ID number?

It gets worse. At least for me, it seems like you you have to change your username/password every time you need to try to login and even that sometimes doesn't work. Sucks because I finished the secondary and can't submit until I get someone from the admissions office to help me actually login again

I am so confused on what we are supposed to do after submitting their secondary. I made a my.osu account with the activation code. Not sure what the point of that was or if I need to do anything else? Would love an explanation lol

I'm in your same boat, which sucks because I've literally been unable to work on my secondary and the two weeks since receipt is Tuesday. :S
Ugh, that sucks. -_- It would be nice if they used one of the normal app systems rather than their own site.
So I made a my OSU account too. And didn’t know what to do. Then got a vital login like a week after I think. But didn’t use any of my osu login for that like i thought I would? But I guess just wait for that.
But after I got my vitals and logged in I saw my app was complete so I’m just gonna assume I’m ok

Turns out they're undergoing maintenance. Hopefully the website will be fixed soon

Please describe how your past experiences predict your potential to contribute in two of these three areas." are you answering it for innovation in research, innovation in medical education, and innovation in patient care or does the innovation not carry over? Idk if this question makes sense but I'm wondering if the medical education and patient care are stand alones lol
