Their adcom meets Wednesdays and they release decisions the next day (today) so I'm just confused why it's so quiet here hahaha

Do you know what the deal is with IIs? I know it's presumptuous of me to expect an II but I was complete back in mid-July and haven't heard anything. Not even a pre-II rejection

How many II has this school sent out ? Radio silence since end of july

It's been a while, but I believe one of the Cooper students I met on my interview day interviewed in February and was accepted in March. So there is still hope!

sooooo, if we haven't received a secondary by now, it's pretty much an R right? o_O I'm IS so would love a chance to interview here but I'm guessing it's time to move on. lol

a bunch of us are In State and havent heard anything either...personally i'd hold off, but ultimately its your choice!

so it's a normal thing this year that they have only given out a few II? should i email admissions instead?
 
Lol I never even received a secondary so I think it's safe to say they are really behind this cycle

do they have a small entering class? is it over 100 people or less?

they screen based on mission fit, so it could just be likely that you're a strong candidate, but potentially did not fit their mission. in terms of them being behind, I think they are right on pace at this point with normal cycles. however, historically speaking this seems to be one of the schools who's cycle really does run deeper into the year.

Has anyone still not received a secondary from Cooper? My MCAT score release was 10/13/20 so I figured it'd come after that?
 
II today about an hour ago!
IS, 518, 3.82cum, 3.8sci, average-ish clinical/volunteer/EC's.
Submitted secondary 9/5
January 8th was the only available slot. (They interview through March though )

waitlisted too, does anyone know if there is a priority waitlist? or any way to find out where I am on the waitlist?
 
pls forgive my stupidity but for schools that don't accept application updates, like Cooper, that rules out a letter of interest pre-II too right?
