Complete mid/late august, LM 64Mind sharing your complete date and stats?
I've been lurking here a fair bit, but haven't seen any post-II rejections. This aligns with what they say on their website (FAQs | Medicine), where they say very few are rejected during the interview season.Has anyone here gotten REJECTED post interview? Or is this a school that primarily places everyone on the AR no matter how bleak
Yea I haven't either. I hope that's a good thing. What I'm not sure about is if they send post-interview rejections after the interview season...that's when they send pre-interview rejections, so I wonder if they just send them all together. I hope not!!!I've been lurking here a fair bit, but haven't seen any post-II rejections. well as far as I know, acceptances for people that interviewed on 11/5 went out, but a week or two ago someone who interviewed mid-october got an acceptance. There were probably more people in that batch that just aren't on SDN. I interviewed 11/13 and haven't heard anything yet, so this process is painfully randomWhen were the last badge of acceptances? Have November interviewees heard back? I interviewed early December so I'm just curious
Complete 8/22 and also still waiting 😅Lol complete 8/24 and still waiting here..
There is a virtual standardized patient exercise, but no report to write about the interviewCan someone please elaborate on their virtual interview day experience? The school website appears to be old and not update since it still discusses a in person activities such as a "working lunch." Did you guys write a report about the interview and was there a "standardized patient" exercise?
II today! Under review 9/29, been on hold for possible interview since 11/13. There were a few interview dates available in March. Good luck to everyone still waiting!
Yes, I’ve sent several updates through the application portalIt's probably been asked, but do they accept updates?
Under review today as well. Does anyone know what the turnaround time typically is when you're being reviewed? Finally under review today. Complete 8/21.
I got put on hold 2 months after being put under reviewUnder review today as well. Does anyone know what the turnaround time typically is when you're being reviewed?
i was under review 12/2 and still havent heard anything. it seems like time to hear back is 3 months after being placed on review, at minimum.Under review today as well. Does anyone know what the turnaround time typically is when you're being reviewed?
I think they are backlogged due to the massive amount of applications they received and later in the cycle. This entire admissions cycle is a black box,i was under review 12/2 and still havent heard anything. it seems like time to hear back is 3 months after being placed on review, at minimum.
Been under review since 11/1 without anything. I win! Lol.Been under review since 11/17 without any news!

Applications to medical school are at an all-time high. What does this mean for applicants and schools?
COVID-19 may be driving a boom in med school applications. We explore the phenomenon, how schools are handling it, and how it could change the face of medicine.www.aamc.org
Based on your signature, you are a veteran lol. Do you have any advice that you would suggest from your application cycles? Not just for Tulane, but in generalComplete 08/24, OOS, LM 72, and got my under review email yesterday!
I interviewed at Tulane last year too before getting waitlisted and never rolling off. I hope they give me another chance! I like the school a lot.
Never stop growing and living! Between failed application cycles I kept gaining experience working in clinical research full-time and learned to speak Spanish (with university staff tuition credits paying for that) and even some Mandarin. Not getting into med school can be an opportunity to do stuff you won't have time to do in med school. As a bonus, this stuff looks great on applications too.Based on your signature, you are a veteran lol. Do you have any advice that you would suggest from your application cycles? Yep, I did last year in June I think. It didn't work and I believe they said there was limited waitlist movement. FWIW two other schools I was waitlisted at also said waitlist movement was minimal.. I guess last year was a really bad year to be stuck on 4 waitlists 😕Did you send a letter of intent when you were on waitlist?
Were you ever on hold?Just got the pre-II rejection email, can't even be mad though, the email was so encouraging and polite lol best of luck to everyone!!
No! Last communication I had before the one today was from January 15 saying I was under reviewWere you ever on hold?
