Wayne doesn’t generally do post-II Rs until the end of the cycle. I don’t think this is new as there was only one reported last year.

but does that mean they WL everyone instead of sending flat-out rejections in the new year?

yeah but they said they were doing more IIs and post II Rs this cycle bc of increased IIs. so i think this cycle might end up having more WLers which would impact the post WL --> A rate :/
 
I feel like if WSU decided to interview more this cycle, they are expecting larger movement in their WL pool. Worst case scenario would be that WL movement is not as big as the admissions expected, but I feel like a lot of schools are expecting some sort of movement! Lets stay hopeful!

True! So this is how the tracker looked last year on Feb 21. Looks like post II rate was about the same, but less IIs. Let’s see what happens this year! 🙂

Interviewed 12/2 and still silence. Anybody in the same boat? Also it’s making me think I should send an update or LOI even though it’s known to be much more beneficial post interview. Not sure what to think at this point.

woww thats a long wait! I think they might still be sending decisions either this weekend or monday bc the admissions person said they're sending in waves i believe.

Did they tell you you’d hear back this fast? Or did they say 4-6 weeks like they told me 4 days after you

To everyone who has interviewed I have a few questions.. my interview is tmr
- is the zoom what we join before the actual interview?
- how long is the faculty one on one and the student one on one?
- any last tips you want to give?

-yes you join the zoom welcome before your interview
-30-35 minutes for both
-stay positive, smile, and take a deep breath before each MMI. It's very chill and you're going to do awesome

The zoom before is just an info session where they show how to navigate amp. The faculty interview and student were 30 mins and went by fast. I really wouldn’t stress much as the mmi prompts were not complicated or designed to confuse u. The trad part was also relaxed and conversational. Just know ur app.
