@alibon said, it depends on the block. Right now, we are in the Renal Block and we have had a lot of small group activities (which are mandatory) in order to help us reinforce the material learned during the lecture. During Pulmonology, we had fewer small groups but there was one week where we had to come in basically everyday. Each block is different and based off of feedback from previous years. PCC and SHS are in-person as well but I got lucky and have both classes on the same day! So your schedule will vary each week and each block. I will say that the majority of our class watches lecture from home or on-campus somewhere other than the lecture hall so you can really tailor your studying to what best fits your needs.
On average, you're looking at 3 days mandatory per week but it is usually not bad considering that the mandatory sessions last between 1-2 hours.
