So confused. This thread is kinda crazy. Are people saying that it is bad if you are still complete because it is less likely to get an II OR that if you are on hold, it is bad because you are less likely to get II?!?! ROFL.

Yeah that's what I was wondering if anyone who got an II could clarify if they went from hold -> II or complete -> that would be great

Still worth sending a secondary? This school seems to get a lot of applications so I prioritized it lower

If you think you've got good fit there is zero harm (other than $150 dollars) in applying! Otherwise I've heard that gwu is very rolling, so at this point you've got thousands of apps before you.

Placed on hold. Secondary complete: 7/16 (before AMCAS Verification) Fully complete: 8/4 on hold today via portal. LM 67 so a reach school for me for sure. My first status change from my apps so a little disappointing.
 
Did anyone apply with a fee waiver? Did you just check one of the boxes and not type in an order #?
 
At this point I'm convinced that Hold and Complete literally don't mean anything different.
 
I'm sorry to hear for those of you that received pre-II R's. If you don't mind me asking, when were you complete and were you ever on hold? And what were your stats?

Completed 7/25 and was placed on hold next day and pre R received today
 
Does anyone know how I could change my email associated with GW's secondary app? I changed it through AMCAS already, but I'm not sure if GW would send updates through my new one in AMCAS or the one I use to log in to their secondary.

In summary: "we have re-reviewed your application and regret to inform you we will not offer an interview and your application will not be considered further. a bunch of words about the extreme competition for spots."
