what time do we think decisions will be released?
I interviewed at a later date than y'all, but I remember the admissions guy saying decisions would be out some time after noon PST but definitely before 5 PST.

My friend who got in last cycle said she got the email around 12pm-1pm PST ish

Edit to add half of me really wanted to stay up til midnight last night just in case to check haha I overcame that irrational urge thankfully 😅

Does anyone have interview tips/ how was the interview?
It was heavily situational. I'd say be yourself, approach every situation with an open mind (see all sides and never assume the worst of anyone), and if you don't know be honest and try to have a dialogue with the interviewer! There was one station I didn't quite know what to say because I was unsure so I was just honest about that and it worked out!
