I wouldn't quite go full stop with that comment, we don't need a seer outing themselves if they don't have to.

I mean, this is painfully obvious. But seers should be able to find other reasons to vote for someone they know is a wolf. Without reasons, a sneaky wolf only spotted by one player will never be lynched. The more reasons based on on-thread events that are put out for everyone to think about, the better.

Out of curiosity, what is the "correct" way to then glean information from AM. Seems like an interesting meta to be always vague and unable to be differentiated as a wolf. Respectable, but I would imagine it just ends with them getting wrongly lynched frequently or investigated early when they are a wolf.

I find you need to ask AM very specific questions because she will always directly answer your exact question. For example, asking "why did you vote for x", she will sometimes reply with "because I felt like it". This is, in fact, a valid answer. So thinking about what I may want from AM, I would ask something more like "What about x's play so far has you voting for them?". Even then, you may still not get an answer that is as forthcoming as you would like, but it's useless to complain that AM 'doesn't answer questions'. She does answer the question, or she will say that she doesn't want to answer, but people just don't like the answers.

Then you'll either have to rephrase your questions, or realize that your method of asking will not yield results. "Not tailoring" your questions feels pretty resistant for a game where we need to work together. There is a certain element of mutual respect and effort that needs to go in if you expect to get it in return.

It should also be noted (since I cannot edit) that my interpretation of AM's play and question answering style is purely based off of my observations and playing with her for years. They may or may not be incorrect, and it is entirely possible that AM is cackling at me as she reads it.

And all I'm saying is that if you're playing on a phone with slow internet & you know things load slowly, then maybe factor that in to how quickly you respond, because it comes across like you're cutting into everyone's waltz pairs, and that may affect how people evaluate your affiliation.

Calling people out and making a scene about asking questions is not the way to go. Questions are helpful to everyone. There could be a possible rule for a role that people have to ask them a question in a certain way to answer or they have to questions in a certain way. I also appreciate the work Nav has done in researching past games and trying to make sense out of our styles, just not getting great vibes at the moment and rereading through the thread.
