Haha, I love how you guys are all happening upon subtle ways of cheating the Oct. 15th rule...the CBC emails..the mysterious linked webpages...I love it! 😛

Ok...so I'm wrong. It's 5 pm pacific, 8 pm eastern. But, I got the email at 5 and didn't see the actual change in my ststus page till 6 😛 Sorry!

Someone should just call Ellen and ask when it's gonna be updated..I would if I werent in a library.

I called Ellen about an hour ago. She said they were having some IT problems and to just keep checking to see if the page is updated. Their IT computer is down so they can't check it for us...so she said to call back tomorrow if it's still not up. AHHHHH!! good luck everyone

Did she say when stuff was supposed to be updated?

Better yet, was she able to tell you your status over the phone?
 
nope, she couldn't tell me because their system was apparently down...🙁

got an email saying my iapply has been updated, but nothing is there...someone earlier in the thread said it took an hour....either way i dont like my chances as i dont have the "financial aid/laptop" tab

It takes a while before the update shows up. Keep checking.
 
I've been told I have a post-interview hold, anyone know the movement of this thing? I also been told it's NOT a waitlist. Do they accept the majority of people right the way or do they hold?
 
so is it safe to assume that since i dont have the "fin. aid/laptop" tab, that i am probably waitlisted or rejected?

i guess ill know for sure when this thing updates, hopefully within 2 hours or so
 
I'm in the same situation. I got the status update e-mail, and I can't see the financial aid tab. 🙁

I did NOT receive the CBC e-mail, either.

This sucks, I was really hopeful about this place...oh well. No special tab for me either! Good luck to us all!
 
I got a CBC request and just got a status-update email from Case, but my page still isn't showing anything. Wtf?

Can you see the financial aid tab on the status site? (if you're confused, read the first few posts on this page)

Grr this is annoying. By the way, CCLCM decisions don't come out for awhile right? Like December? Or am I making that up? I very well could be.

Yea, I can see the financial aid and the laptop tabs. But one of the earlier posts said that everyone could see those. Not the case?

At this point I'm just hoping for the waitlist! And yes, this wait is killing me.

to all those who have financial aid/laptop do you also have CBC emails

to all those who have CBC emails, do you have financial aids/laptop?

to those who have both..did you receive the email like last week or so?

the reason I ask was that I stopped by the admissions office on Tuesday and one of the secretaries said she had over 200 applications to enter today.

So maybe the people who were already entered at some point have the signs of acceptance while the newly entered people caught the tail end of a computer glitch or something...

i dunno just trying to stay optimistic/figure things out.

regardless, I have a test tomorrow in med school (all the UG biochem classes are in the same building as the admissions office) so I will stop by and see what's up. Although I am sure you guys will have the phones ringing before I get there.
