They said ~8 week if I remember correctly; however, judging that some late Jan. interviewees heard back this past week, I suppose it's possible to hear back this up coming week. Not sure how often the committee meets, so I would say anytime within the next 3 weeks.

I don't think it's what you're referring to it as. It's a deadline to offer a number of acceptances equal to the number of seats. There will seats after this deadline.
