Have you called or anything like that?

The only reason I have not called is because of this notification on the application status page: "The admissions office does not accept phone calls, email or communication regarding the status of your application."

not yet...i don't know what taking so long since people from my interview date got waitlisted/accepted within 2-3 weeks of the interview.

lol another day...today marks the MONTH since I interviewed.

anyday now...

My only guess would be that someone who you interviewed with wasn't able to make it to the committee meeting...best of luck! I hit my 3 week mark next week, keeping my fingers crossed for a timely and positive response 🙂

I've been tossed today. Complete 9/25. Best of luck to the rest of you still under consideration!

I've had a green check for about 4 weeks now. What's going on with my screener?!

sigh...another monday without a post-II response. Entering 4.5 weeks now.

Feeling hopeless if I don't get into this school this week.

Same boat...almost 5 weeks now. I could have sworn the interview packet said we should hear back between 2-5 weeks post interview. There is still hope!

II!!!! Can't believe it after all of this radio silence since mid-July; I thought for sure it would be a rejection. Interview options were at the end of February for anyone wondering.

Didn't see this coming considering how early they packed their interview schedule, but II just now! OOS LM low seventies, complete back in late July.

Congrats!! You give us waiting hope!!! Email or Portal...or both?!

Is it considered bad news if you have been "in progress" for four weeks now? :/ Are they usually quick at deciding who to interview once it gets to this stage? Thanks!

Interviewing here on January 6th. Can anyone who has already interviewed tell me how the patient interview was? Also, what is the best way to prepare for it?

We signed a nondisclosure agreement on that so can't help you there but you'll do fine.

I second the not worrying about it. If anything, the advice I'd give anyone interviewing here is to relax and enjoy the day.

Is it too late in the cycle to receive an interview? I've been reviewed since August or something...which on their website (and from when I called them) means I might be in the queue to receive an II. Idk

Not trying to be a negative nancy here but it is pretty unlikely to receive an II from Tulane at this point. They have one of the fastest cycles I've seen. I think II are probably still left to go out, just not many of them. Wouldn't count on it, but GL.

Acceptance range this morning. A little bummed because I loved the school so much, and would attend in a heartbeat. Is it typical to move off the acceptance range? From the thread, it's clear I'm not the only one in this boat....

I was there alone so I signed up for some free walking tours (just google it), which were a fun way to learn about the history of the city/drink while you hear creepy ghost stories at night.

I'm interviewing this upcoming Friday, but I grew up in Baton Rouge and go to NOLA fairly often.
Definitely check out Jackson Square, Cafe du monde, French Quarter, etc.
Jackson Square has the big beautiful cathedral, and Cafe du monde is next to it.
Make sure you go to Pat O'Brien's in the Quarter, and go to the courtyard. They have a piano bar, and they're known for their drink that they made up called the Hurricane.
Also, you should definitely visit Uptown, specifically St. Charles and Magazine Street. That area is amazing and precious. So many cafes and hole in the wall places. It's a super nice area of town. When you go there, they have this really yummy speciality hot dog place called Dat Dog. Tell them to make you a chef's order I think? Basically, they surprise you with a fancy hot dog.
Also we have a super cool D-Day museum. I'm not a big one for museums, but I've always loved this one. You could probably spend about a day in there because of all the different exhibits.
If you can, do Sunday brunch.

Enjoy your time in NOLA!

Also, be very careful in the Quarter late at night. I know that's when it's most fun, but it can also be quite dangerous.

+3 for the acceptance range party. Fuuu guys really thought I had this one in the bag. The quest continues

So, I loved Tulane <3
I'm guessing it takes about 4 weeks for a decision? Can anyone confirm? Thanks!

I feel like I'm twiddling my thumbs. Are interviews entirely given out already?
