From what I remember on interview day, it seemed like students with SOs tended not to live in MSR. I don’t remember if non-medical SOs were not allowed to live there though.

Now that I think about it, the % is probably higher because I didn't account for # of people getting rejected now. I don't know how many that is, but obviously not everyone who isn't accepted now is getting deferred, so the pool is a little smaller than I originally calculated.
