I believe 3-4 from that time frame have been reported on this thread so far, likely some more in reality

Last year, some Post-II Rs went out on Feb. 18, and two application cycles ago, some Rs went out on Feb. 22.

If they feel like following the trend, I think some of us will hear back within the next week. Good luck!

They also sent out some A's around this time last year! Fingers crossed for us all! I would love my neuroticism to come to an end

Since Duke wave just went out im sure threes gonna be some omvement as Wake/UNC stuents accept Duke offers, and Brody students accept Wake/UNC offers, etc
 
Ummm so my portal just says "Decided" and it just changed today but it doesn't say anything else. Did this happen to anyone else?

I’m not sure but I think the same thing happened to someone earlier in the thread so you can look back and see how long it took for them. Hope you get good news very soon!
 
Question. I interviewed on 1/13 and someone posted here saying they interviewed 1/17 and already got accepted. Any thoughts on if this means something negative (WL or R) since they accepted someone who interviewed later? My application still says awaiting decision, so idk if that means it wasn't looked at yet. Just seems odd because I assumed they'd review in order of interview date, but could be wrong.

Also, is there anything you know of that could prevent an application from being reviewed? Pretty sure mine is fine, but just wanting to make sure since I just recently noticed and completed the casper certification form and nc residency determination forms. All that's left is the optional withdrawal from consideration form which I obviously don't want to fill. Thanks!

I wouldn't worry as many of us are still in awaiting decision 4+ months post-interview

Interviewed 9/13 and "emotionally exhausting" is exactly how I'd describe this as well. As I see more acceptances, the feeling that I am about to get rejected gets stronger and I can't help but feel down. How does it take over 5 months to make any kind of decision or at least update us?
 
I’m right there with y’all with this long waiting game and it SUCKS. Ik for many of us our future plans are on the line but we need to remember this is just a tiny part of all the greatness we have yet to achieve in the future! Regardless of whether UNC specifically will be a part of that or not. Let’s do our best to stay strong my friends. May we hope for the best, prepare for the worst, and continue being the amazing individuals we are regardless of outcome!

I don't think this is anything to worry about. You never know which factors play a role into the order in which ADCOMS review applications. Even though she interviewed on 1/17, she had a student interviewer who could have just had more time now to meet with the ADCOM. Gotta just give it time unfortunately
