MSAR shows total interviews and matriculants, however, they accept more people than they have seats for. I have seen websites state they accept around 40% of interviewees, but can't confirm that.

Ah thanks for the correction!! Not complaining about being wrong on that regard! I thought that was odd considering the general acceptance rate after interviews was about 40% everywhere

Anyone worried about snow for late October? I live in Boston so I'm used to it.. but considering I'm driving, it'll be a huge pain if it ends up snowing early this year.

I'm a legacy here and radio silence. I had an interview here 3 years ago in December, but by that time most people were rejected or wait listed and I don't want that to be the case again.

For me it was 315 for two nights (Wed 10/24 and Thurs 10/25) at DoubleTree. I called them and with UVM discount, the price would be the same as my chase travel discount. So I ended up using my points to book it.

If any of you want to hang out on Wed morning let me know! I'll get there at 7 am.

I have about a 3 hour drive in so I probably won’t roll up until check-in, honestly. The city is very cute but I don’t know how much I want to walk around beforehand.

According to this document () it's about 60% post-II acceptance rate for IS, 45% for OOS.

Does anyone know how helpful the school is with financial aid and years of residence before instate status?

Hopefully current students can chime in with financial aid info, but from what I understand you cannot become a Vermont resident if you move to the state to attend the program you're currently enrolled in..

When did you get the hold from Mayo in AZ? I got the hold from the MN branch a month ago but haven't heard back from AZ (I sent both secondaries on the same day).

As for your app, don't worry about it. As far as your essays are good, you'll get a few IIs. It's just a matter of time.
