Submitted my primary 8/3 and just got the email that they received it today lol. Fingers crossed for the secondary!!

Any regular MD applicants, how long between the initial review/application received email and your rejection/II/waitlist?

How long between received email and interview invite for regular decision people ?

Seems they're really inconsistent with timing on people's apps

Had all of my things checked off besides LORs and prerequisites for almost 2 weeks now. Still no II date. This is kind of obnoxious.

Lol, I got an II on 8/19, filled in everything / submitted all the forms that day, and I still have no date.

+1 lol. Except mine was on 8/24. And I read on past threads they are not receptive to rescheduling at all. So if the date they assign us doesn't work, we have almost no chance to change it. Which is crazy because they take over a month to give us a date. I've been trying to avoid scheduling things on Wednesdays but its getting a bit annoying at this point.

Those that already interviewed: how long was the whole interview day? Trying to get my work-time off situation figured out

We don’t sent in any prerequisites info until they request it, correct? Which is only once u get the interview invite?

I am in state, regular MD.
AMCAS app submitted on 8/12
IU notification of receiving on 8/12
IU Interview Invite 8/15
Still have not received an Interview date yet. Based on everything in this thread, I would not be surprised if someone didn't get an II until months after their receipt though

The interview is 40 minutes and there are completely optional sessions throughout the day. There is a student panel that lasts an hour and a financial aid session but you don’t need to go to them.

Literally same - received II on 8/24 and submitted everything same day. Still haven't heard back about a date.

Those who got an II and submitted their materials, did ya'll send in your Dean's Eval through email or letter? I sent my through email and also have not gotten an interview date....

Email. Mine was marked off on the portal this week.

Hey. Would those that got a pre II R care to share their stats? I'm still waiting

As an OOS with lower stats, I'm just waiting for the knife to drop now.

i got an email saying they received my app in the middle of september then my mcat score was released to them 9/15...does that meant itll take six weeks from my score release for them to decide whether or not they want to send me an interview invite bc i havent heard anything since the received email and no deferred mcat email (even tho they received a few days before my score release)...or is this looking like a reject

Do you think it is too late to apply here as an OOS applicant with no ties?

It's not only about stats; maybe ECs, personal statement, or LORs weren't up to par..... or could be a troll

I guess it's because I have a splitter app (100 percentile MCAT, bad GPA). I also don't have any published research. My ECs are fairly diverse but probably weren't what they wanted. We move tho

How the heck did a LM of 77 get a Pre-II R?! Their LM is 70. Must place heavy bias for midwest/in-state residents.
So I had a post-R phone call with someone from admissions after last cycle and was told their average MCAT for OOS is a 517 so much higher stats are expected of OOS applicants unfortunately.

Same boat

This doesn't seem right according to the MSAR. Their median OOS accepted MCAT is 511, with 517 being the 75th percentile. In fact, both their OOS median MCATs and GPAs are lower than their IS's. They probably value the fit of OOS applicants more than stats.
