Does anyone know if Mayo Clinic sends you separate emails if you're also being considered for the Minnesota campus? I'm annoyed at myself because after some more thought I don't think I am well suited for the heat in Phoenix (I run hot, grew up on the east coast, and went to school in the midwest lol)and I kind of wish I had put Minnesota first in my ranking. So I just wanted to know if I at least still have a chance of getting into the Minnesota campus.

“I am an administrator within the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine admissions office. My job is primarily meeting with students who have completed interviews with the school and acting as a point of contact about student life, research opportunities, and any other questions you may have about our program. I would love to schedule a phone call or zoom session to get to know you and help you through this important phase in your life. Please let me know when you are available in the next two to three weeks so we can schedule an informal introduction.”

+1 no email interviewed early Nov and sent a LOI, but it seems like the zoom session would probably be a good indicator if anything considering some of the people invited also received "highly ranked" emails

I wouldnt be so sure about this. The wording of the email (see above) seems to indicate its for all interviewees, and also my interview performance was complete dog dookie lol. Question: have highly ranked emails gone out for Mayo AZ?

I got the email, but a point of clarification... I got it not from someone in admissions but their title was within “enrollment management.”

I think we got it from the same person. Reread the first sentence of the Email tho

As far as I’ve seen no one has reported any highly ranked emails on this campus. The only variable thing we’ve seen so far is the zoom meeting email. I wouldn’t sweat it.

Don't worry, everyone is supposed to get this email! I didn't get mine yet and it's been almost 1.5 months so that sucks, but it's a routine email and absolutely does not mean that you're for sure R/WL!

It took a few business days, but I was finally able to get it scheduled. I think there are just so many meetings to set up and it takes time.

At this point I think there may just be a chunk of interviewees who admin forgot to send the email to. I interviewed mid-Nov and my student interviewer said they meet within a couple weeks to score after the interview, but I haven’t gotten the email about being scored yet. I know there are others in the same boat as me, yet there are others who have interviewed later who did get the scored email. I don’t think it’s too big of a deal tbh
Edit: Yes, everyone will be scored. But perhaps there may be some who admin forgot to notify

Some people on the Minnesota thread did receive the highly ranked email. Their posts may not be on the latest page though.

I emailed them to my interviewers (they provided me their email). If you didn't get their emails, I'd email admissions and ask.
